My Guru has gifted Me the most precious gem invariably apart. After trysts of births, and losing those of close virtue,
This abundant gift can never be spent, nor lost but only increases in value.Sadhguru, My teacher has helped row this boat through the turbulent ocean of misery,
Meera's beloved Lord Girdhar Nagar, can only solve Her longing's mystery._____________________________________________
Hello everyone!
Namaste and warm greetings from my side : )
The Lord says that He presents Himself in the form that His devotees pray upon and wish to see Him.
He is a friend to some, a son to some, a father to son, and to some, even a lover.
And the most famous story of Lord Krishna's lover, who was incarnated long after He had left the Earth, is of Shree Meerabai Devi.
Her love is supreme and devotees like Her are born once in a million years. She gave up Her everything and only considered the Lord as Her everything.
It is very easy and natural to love the Lord when He is present in front of You, because His charm and aura is so magnetic that one is automatically drawn towards Him. But to love Him without seeing Him, to listen to His flute without hearing His voice, to follow His footsteps without any doubts, is definitely and indeed very difficult.
Her tale is a story of unconditional love, faith, trust, devotion and surrendrance. Her poems, songs and dance, are all an ode to Her Lord, who never failed to protect Her honour.
I personally consider Her an inspiration, idol, role model and epitome of devotion, and although maybe I can never reach that supreme pinnacle of Her love, but I wish and pray and hope that She grants me Her divine blessings, of even a small inch of Her love for the Lord, so that I can set on the right path.
I'll try my best to express Her Love and Devotion, and will try to be as accurate as possible, taking references from whatever I have learnt and understood.
And whatever I do, or can do, like inculcating my hobbies or art skills, I prefer to use them as mediums of my devotion.
I've always said that I am simply the medium as the writer. These stories are eternal and timeless and don't belong to me.
I write what the Divine makes me write. I take no credit for my work. It's all His doing and grace and mercy.
I have tried my best to inculcate stories from the various sources, folktales and Shree Meerabai's own poems and historic tales.
Any discrepancies or errors are deeply regretted. My apologies for the same!
In no way do I wish to sound rude, demeaning or hurtful to anyone's sentiments.
I do not own the images and have tried my best to attach the graphics which match the plot of the stories. All credits go to their respective artists.
I have edited the storyline to fit the tales according to the situations. Kindly abide by the story in the chronological order as per the chapters.
Thank you so much for taking out time to read this story. Indeed, it is a piece of my heart.
Shree Keshav is my beloved, and I surrender my life at His Lotus Feet.
This work I thus offer whole heartedly as a humble offering at the Lotus Feet of My Beloved Shree Hari.
