सुण लीजो बिनती मोरी,
मैं शरण गही प्रभु तेरी ।
तुम तो पतित अनेक उधारे,
भव सागर से तारे ॥
मैं सबका तो नाम न जानूँ,
कोइ कोई नाम उचारे ।
अम्बरीष सुदामा नामा,
तुम पहुँचाये निज धामा॥
ध्रुव जो पाँच वर्ष के बालक,
तुम दरस दिये घनस्यामा।
धना भक्त का खेत जमाया,
भक्त कबिरा का बैल चराया ॥
सबरी का जूंठा फल खाया,
तुम काज किये मन भाया।
सदना औ सेना नाईको,
तुम कीन्हा अपनाई ॥
करमा की खिचड़ी खाई,
तुम गणि का पार लगाई ।
मीरा प्रभु तुमरे रँग राती,
या जानत सब दुनियाई ॥

Hear My prayers, as I take My seat,
In the refuge of Your Lotus Feet.
You're the destroyer of sins,
You have delivered this ocean of illusions.
Even I cannot cite each and every of Your name,
But I try to recite all that I know of Your fame.
To Your greatest devotees like Ambreesh and Sudama mercy You've bestowed,
And They have attained the highest of Your abode.
The young Dhruva, a five year child,
Also became the atoner of Your affection, tender and mild.
You ploughed the fields of misery and pain,
And yielded Kabira His most treasured gain.
You even accepted the fruits Shabri offered,
Your mercy moved mountains and boulders softened.
Who don't belong to anyone, certainly belong to You,
You're enough, they don't need another thousands or a few.
You ate Karma's food prepared with love,
And gifted Her bliss from the Heavens above.
Meera only recites Your tales and glories,
The entire world knows Her stories.
