Author's Note: As Kang Soojin's group has 3 members (4 including Soojin herself) I will be introducing 3 new characters which are: Da Eun played by Yoo In-Na, Lee Ae-Ri played by Han Jihyun and Jung Hwa Young played by Le Ji-eun also known as IU.

Kang Soojin's POV:

After all of that weeping, I rushed to the nearest bathroom feeling nauseous. Once I had calmed myself down, I splashed water on my face to get rid of the puffiness.

"He did the right thing. It was hard for him as much as it was for me." I told myself.

Taking a deep breath, I exited the bathroom and made my way to the girl's dorms.

I was about to knock on the door of the girl's dorms when I hesitated: What if the girls don't like me? What if they're hostile and horrible towards me?

I took another deep breath to make sure I felt completely tranquil and opened the door. To my surprise, the girls were far from hostile. They sat together in a semi-circle on a fluffy carpet their eyes glued to a phone screen and they were squealing in delight.

I could hear snippets of what they were saying: "Woah, that's Kang Soojin? The one that's moving into this dorm with us?" Asked a girl with bangs who sounded astonished.

"Yeah! Isn't she cool? Look at the way she moves, she's a natural! I can't believe this is her audition." Exclaimed another girl with glowing skin.

"Same, we sure have a cool roommate." Agreed the dark-haired girl sitting next to her.

I smiled to myself. "Looks like I'll fit in just fine here." I thought to myself.

Sensing my presence, the dark-haired girl looked up from the screen and grinned at me. "Hey, speaking of the superstar! Here she is, hey Kang Soojin welcome to the group girl! Come join us down here." She welcomed me and gestured to the carpet where they all sat in a semi-circle.

I grinned back and took off my shoes so I could join them sitting cross-legged on the carpet. "Thanks for the warm welcome, I was worried I wouldn't fit in here, to be honest. This is all very new to me." I told the dark-haired girl.

She gave me a reassuring smile. "No worries! I'm Jung Hwa Young by the way. I'm the unnie of the group, it's nice to meet you Soojin!" said Hwa Young.

Then the other two also looked up from the screen and looked up at me with smiles. "Hi Soojin! I'm Da Eun, it's nice to meet you! We were just watching your audition, you're incredible." The girl with the glowing skin complimented me.

"And I'm Lee Ae-Ri, nice to meet you! And don't worry, we'll make you feel right at home here." The girl with the bangs reassured me and held out her hand for me to shake.

I shook her hand and smiled at the two of them. "Thank you, I already feel right at home thanks to you three," I told them.

"No problem! Anyway, I should show you to your room. It's right this way, follow me!" instructed Hwa Young.

Grabbing my shoes, I followed Hwa Young into a simple, minimal room with a single bed and a small nightstand. My eyes darted to the huge picture frame above the bed. It was a picture of me from auditions, singing into the microphone with a huge smile on my face.

"I hope you like it! Hee-Kyung picked it out with me and the girls' help," said Hwa Young, seeing my gaze at the picture.

"I love it, thank you." I thanked her.

"You're welcome! Anyway, you better get some sleep. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow, your timetable with all our lessons and training is on the nightstand. Sweet dreams, Soojin!" said Hwa Young, blowing a kiss at me before shutting the door.

Once she was gone, I let out a sigh of relief. The girls were so sweet, but I couldn't help missing one person. I flopped onto the bed and turned on my phone. I stared at my lock screen which was a picture of me and Han Seojun that I had taken outside the ice cream shop, We both were smiling into the camera and he had his arm around my shoulder.

I smiled at the photo as tears streamed down my cheeks yet again. "I'm sorry, but I can't help but miss you," I said to the photo as I felt my heart break into a million pieces.

Third Person (Narrator): Han Seojun's POV

Not too far away from the girls' dorms was Han Seojun who had turned on his phone to see the same photo on his lock screen. He could feel his heart sinking as he looked at the girl's smile and how content he looked with her.

He missed her terribly, wishing he could go back in time and they'd have run past the booth and never auditioned. He then looked up from the phone, remembering the reason he came.

The boy needed the money. The money this job could give him could help him provide for his family for many years. But he couldn't help wishing he could have both. His lover and wealth, his girlfriend, and the money.

He sighed and powered off his phone and using the light from the lampshade, he read his timetable which required him to wake up bright and early for lessons and training.

"With the amount of training and learning I have to do here, maybe I won't even have time to miss her." He thought to himself.

But Han Seojun knew in his heart that no matter how much reading, learning, dancing, or singing he did. He'd always find his mind wandering to her.
