Kang Soojin's POV:

I slipped on a plain white T-shirt and sports leggings and proceeded to tie my hair into a ponytail with a hair band.

Having just finished sorting my hair into a neat ponytail, Hwa Young opened the bedroom door. Seeing I had just finished getting ready, she smiled.

"Great to see you're already up and ready! Let's head to the dance lesson together." Hwa Young insisted.

I nodded in acceptance. "Alright, let's go!" I replied.

We reached the training room and opened the door to see Ae-Ri and Da Eun doing warm-ups together. "Morning everyone!" said Hwa Young positively chirpy.

"Mind if we join you guys?" I asked, infected by Hwa Young's positive mood.

"Not at all!" said Da Eun who gave us both a bright smile.

Me and Hwa Young joined Ae-Ri and Da Eun in doing various stretches to prevent injury during dance practices until our dance teacher arrived. We carried on stretching until we realized our dance teacher had a familiar man beside her.

Coming to an abrupt stop with our stretching, I turned to see the familiar man. To my surprise, I realized it was the CEO of the entertainment agency. The other three members who had also just realized this shared nervous glances around me.

I gulped. Was this it? Was I going to be kicked out? Did they find out Han Seojun had been sneaking out during the late hours of the night to see me? Would Han Seojun and I be forbidden to step foot here again?

To my relief, the CEO gave us a reassuring smile and chuckled. "Don't look so nervous girls! I have good news." He told us.

"As the demand for your girls' debut has been growing and due to how popular you guys have grown because of your auditions. I've decided that you guys will debut in two weeks." He declared.

The girls: Hwa Young, Da Eun, and Lee Ae-Ri all looked at each other and squealed in delight at the announcement of finally debuting, they began hugging each other and jumping up and down. To avoid suspicion, I joined them as they rejoiced.

But my heart sank at the CEO's words. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed singing and dancing as much as the other members. But, I was worried. What would happen to me and Han Seojun now? With our debut, our schedule would become more intense. I'd have to perform at multiple shows, show up at interviews, and attend multiple photoshoots.

Would I have time for love at all? Or would me and Han Seojun begin to grow apart? I couldn't bear the thought of long distance.

"I'm glad you guys are so enthusiastic that your debut is coming soon!" said the CEO, clearly pleased.

"Now I will leave you guys to your lesson with Miss Choi. I hope you'll continue to work hard for your debut." He told us before briskly leaving the room.

As soon as the CEO had left the room, our dance teacher turned to us with a serious look on her face. "Alright, for today's lesson, we'll be starting on practicing dances with the girl crush concept." She told us.

As Miss Choi went through instructions through the dance, my mind couldn't help wondering what would happen to Han Seojun now that it was confirmed I'd be debuting with my group.

The thought put me on edge the entire day. "I need to tell him. He needs to know." I thought to myself, biting my lip.

That evening...

Kang Soojin's POV:

As soon as lessons and training had finished, I quickly returned to my room and pulled out my phone to text Han Seojun.

"Han Seojun, could you meet me again tonight? I really need to talk to you." I messaged my boyfriend.

"Of course, I hope everything's okay." He replied.

A few minutes later...

Han Seojun quietly opened and shut the door and tiptoed in. Seeing his face, I leaped up from my bed and embraced him.

Startled by the sudden hug, he chuckled and looked down at me. "What's gotten into you? I saw you yesterday night, it hasn't been that long." He told me.

I let out a small sigh. "That's the thing, I'm not sure if we'll be able to meet up during the late hours of the night anymore," I confessed to him.

My boyfriend frowned. "Why not? What's wrong? Did something happen?" He asked out of concern.

"The CEO came to my dance lesson today. He announced my group will be debuting in two weeks." I told him.

"Two weeks? Woah, Soojin I'm so happy for you, I'll be seeing you on stage soon." He said with a smile, ruffling my hair.

"Yeah, but that means with such a busy schedule I might not be able to see you frequently. What if they start assigning me and the girls bodyguards?" I replied, worried.

He squeezed my hand in an attempt to calm me down. "Trust me Soojin, we'll work our way around it somehow. We've gotten this far without getting caught." He reassured me, giving me a peck on the forehead.

"So, will I see you again?" I asked him, my nerves slowly fading away.

"Of course, we'll find a way Soojin. I promise." He told me, his expression sincere.

His words felt reassuring, but I couldn't get rid of the feelings of doubt in my mind. How long would we be able to keep this up until we were caught?
