*Chapter 48 part 1

Matt's POV

Matapos akong paalisin ni Mimi sakanila kagabi, wala na akong ginawa kundi ang umiyak ng umiyak. I locked myself up in my room. I don't eat nor drink. Hindi ako nakakaramdam ng kahit ano. I just only feel numbness. Manhid na ata ako sa sakit na nararamdaman ko. Ayoko na. Ayoko nang mabuhay!

I looked up on my mirror. Magang maga ang mata. Malalalim at malalaking eye bags. Namumutlang mga labi. I am not even hungry. It feels like I'm starving myself to death. But I don't care dahil wala narin naman siya sakin.

I gain every inch of my strength na natitira and punched the mirror I'm looking at. My right fist was full of blood. But I feel nothing. Nagcrack yung salamin sa harapan ko. Some fell on the ground. I picked that piece na may matalas na edge. I came out of my comfort room and sat beside my bed. I looked at that thing I am holding on my right hand.

I have my phone on my left hand. I typed her name on the recepient. And then tapped the message space.

Hindi ko na alam kung ano na yung ginagawa ko. My kuya is knocking on my door. Banging it like hell. Trying to barge in my room. I heard him shouting outside. Calling our yaya to get the keys in my room. Pero wala lang sakin.

And before he unlocked my room's door, I already did the most tragic thing I could ever do in my life.

And I know I have sent my last message to her:

"I love you Mimi. If you want me to be out of your life. If that's what you want, I will do it. If that would make you happy. Because that's how much I love you. Goodbye Mimi."

Janelle's POV

The moment I received his text, I knew that something is wrong. Sobra akong kinakabahan to the point na hindi ako mapakali sa kinauupuan ko. I was eating my dinner with my family when I received that text. At kahit anong gawin ko di na ako mapakali. Nakabasag pa ako ng baso. Nawalan ako ng gana. Ewan ko ba.

Mat-mat, hindi ko alam kung bakit pero sana walang masamang nangyari sayo.

Habang iniimis ko yung nabasag ko biglang tumunog ang phone ko. And the name I saw on my phone made me feel more nervous.

"H-hello, kuya M-migs. B-bakit ka nap-patawag?"
"M-mimi... *sniff* s-si Matt... *siren*..."
"K-kuya anong meron kay Matmat? Bakit may ambulansya?"
"S-si Matt... *sniff* nagla-- *sigh* naglaslas. I found him in his room...-- BLAAAAG"

|M-mama.. si Matmat... mama... *cries*|

And with that I fell on the ground and bursted out crying. My mom hugged me tight. She knew that something is wrong with me. My father talked to kuya Migs. I can't hear anything they're talking about. All I hear was my cry. My sobs. I cried like a baby.

If only. If only I didn't pushed him away, this would never happen. This is all my fault.
