- Eunchae's POV -

I woke up with my arm thrown over Garam, and my head resting on her chest. I was still half asleep and confused at first, but after a while, I realized where I was, and I quickly sat up. "Eunchae, get your butt out of bed and let's go have breakfast." I flinched at the sudden voice coming from beside me.

"Ah! Garam unnie don't say that all of a sudden!" I jumped clutching my chest tightly. My head hurts so much and my vision is blurry. What's wrong with me..? I looked at Garam who was smiling brightly, her teeth flashing.

"Come on, sleepyhead." She stood up, heading for the door, but before she could leave, I grabbed her wrist stopping her. "Unnie.. Wait.."

"Hmm? What is it, Eunchae?" She asks and I bite my bottom lip, my heart beating wildly. "Um.. Last night.."

Garam's face turns bright red, "I told you to forget about that already! It never happened, okay? You were delirious, and you weren't thinking straight. You were just tired, so let's pretend it didn't happen, alright?"

I gulp, my eyes darting to the floor, my stomach turning in knots. I stood up slowly, my head spinning, and I stumbled. "Ah.. Sorry, I think I need to sit down."

"Hey, are you okay? You're not still sick, are you? Come here, let me check your temperature." I bite down on my lip trying to calm myself down. She's just being a good friend. Don't get your hopes up, Eunchae.

"N-No, I'm fine. Just a little dizzy. It'll pass." Garam nods and turns around to leave, but then stops suddenly and faces me. Avoiding eye contact, I look down and try not to panic. "Um, Eunchae." She starts, her voice shaky and her hand reaching up to rub the back of her neck. I keep my gaze focused on the floor.

"Y-Yes?"

"I-If.. Um, if y-you're not s-sure.." Her cheeks flush pink, and she stammers nervously. I glance up at her. "W-What are you saying, unnie.." She blushes furiously and fiddles with her fingers. "Uh, n-nothing. N-Nevermind.." She trails off, looking away, and I sigh softly.

"Garam unnie, what were you trying to say? I don't understand." Garam shakes her head, her cheeks still flushed and she glances away. "Just, um, nevermind. L-Let's go." She stammers and turns around rushing out the door. "Garam unnie.." I whisper, feeling my heart clench, and I bite my bottom lip.

"Oh, come on, Eunchae-ah! Stop sulking and just eat your food." Wonyoung complains as she eats her lunch, and I groan in annoyance, "Are you stupid or something? I can't eat this crap. I'm not a human, remember? I'm a vampire. I need blood, not this... disgusting food." I grumble, pushing my plate away from me.

"Well, you have to eat something. You can't live off of blood, can you?" She taunts with a smirk. "Guys, we need to think about beating Kazuha and Yeseo up." Hanni chimes in.

"I'm sick, so I don't even know if I'll make it through the day. Let alone the whole week. So, we need to do this sooner rather than later." I sigh heavily. "Yeah, well, maybe if someone would quit trying to eat my face every two seconds, then we'd be fine." Garam glares at me and I roll my eyes, turning away.

"Whatever. Look, we have a serious problem here. If Yeseo and Kazuha keep showing up out of thin air they might get the vampire slayers involved, and that'll be bad for us." I mumble. "You mean hunters or whatever?"Wonyoung asks.

"Yes, hunters." I reply with a huff. "Okay, so what's the plan?" Hanni asks, raising an eyebrow. "Do we attack them during the day? Or even right now!?" I ask excitedly my nonexistent tail wagging.
