I was woken up early, Aizawa telling me to dress comfortably. I grumbled slightly, looking at the time. It was 6 a.m. who the fuck wakes someone up this early! I found a different pair of shorts, these ones fitting a bit better and a tank top. I went into the bathroom, taking a quick shower. I took off my bandages, looking at all the almost fully healed pink scars. There were 3 that stuck out to me, the first being a hand print that looked like it was literally burned into my skin on the left side of my torso, another burn mark on my thigh being the letter 'D'. On the right side of my torso was a giant jagged scar, as if someone had stabbed me. When did I get these, and where?
I decided not to re-bandage them, since they didn't look like they were open anymore or infected. The shorts covered the 'D' almost fully, and I threw on the same hoodie from yesterday over my tank top. I brushed my long crimson red hair, putting it into a ponytail. I must have gotten it from my mother, along with my deep red eyes. I slipped on a random pair of shoes, before grabbing my phone and heading downstairs. The older men waiting by the door for me.
"We can't leave you alone, and I have to take my class to the USJ so you'll be with your dad in his office at school today. It's our only option," Aizawa said opening the door as we walked out.
"What's the USJ?" I asked, sitting in the back seat and checking my phone. Izuku messaged me good morning and Katsuki threatened me to change his name to something else on my phone or else he'd kill me. I smiled, setting my phone in the hoodie pocket.
"Training center for UA, taking class 1-A to exercise their natural disaster training." He said, Toshinori nodded with him. For some reason, the mention of the USJ was sending my danger sense haywire. I kept it to myself, looking out the window.
My phone clinked against something in my pocket, I pulled out the medallion. Why did I bring it? Was it a reflex of some sort? Did I normally take this anywhere I went? I put it back in my pocket, staring at the giant school as we parked. Waiting by the parking lot was Izuku and Katsuki, running up once I got out of the car.
"I thought it was a dream! I was so worried all morning!" Izuku exclaimed, pulling me into a tight hug.
"The idiot wouldn't stop talking!" Katsuki said, folding his arms over his chest. We were all friends, were they always like this growing up?
"Get to class you two," Aizawa said pointing his finger at them. They waved and turned quickly, leaving me alone. A weird feeling made itself known inside my stomach, I felt a little upset to watch them go. Toshinori led me through the school, Aizawa heading in the direction of his class. I heard students welcome him back, had he been gone? Was it because of me?
Toshinori let us into his office, I sat on the couch as he sat at his desk doing whatever he was doing. 15 minutes went by, the pit in my stomach getting worse. My danger sense still going haywire, like a really fucking annoying fly that wouldn't go away. It came up when the USJ was mentioned, was something bad going to happen? My hand rested on the medallion in my pocket, twisting it around a few times. Every second that passed it got worse and worse, I couldn't take it anymore. I stood quickly, taking off the hoodie and putting the little button to my chest. For some reason, I felt like I had to go. I had to be there, Toshinori thought otherwise.
"Sit down, absolutely not!" He said, standing quickly.
"Something is wrong! I feel like I have to go!" I fought back, it was a bad idea. But it really felt right.
"I will go, you sit and stay. Please, we can't risk anything." I felt bad, his eyes were pleading me to stay. But I couldn't, it felt wrong to sit here. What if they were in danger? What if, what if, what if.
I ran for the open window, Toshinori calling for me as I jumped out. For a second I froze, but my body moved quickly after. I used my webs to get to the USJ, even though I didn't know where it was. I knew the worse the feeling got, the closer I was. I tried the main entrance, but it wasn't opening, so I used my webs to get higher. It was filled with smoke, something was definitely wrong. I could see through the smoke, for a split second, seeing Aizawa being held down by someone. I acted quickly, shattering the glass and swinging towards whoever it was.
