The next morning I sat in my room getting ready with the help of the other girls. Ochako was sitting on my chair while Momo and Jiro helped with her make-up and hair, while Mina was helping me do slight make-up since I would be wearing my hero costume.

"Jinora, is this really okay that I go with you?" Ochako asked as we finished everything up. "Of course it is! I'm excited we're going, had you not mentioned wanting to go I would have sat in bed all day." I placed a hand on her arm, offering a warm smile before we made our way to the common area. The men cheered for us as we entered, Ochako blushing heavily as I smiled under my mask, the eyes squinting slightly to indicate it.

Katsuki took his place beside me, his arm over my shoulders as we waited for All Might and Aizawa to come collect us. I figured since we were all going to the same place, then the four of us should just carpool together. "Are you going to be okay?" Katsuki asked, pulling me from my thoughts.

"Yeah, I'll be just fine. I'll have my dads' with me, are you worried?" I turned to him, removing my mask with the push of a button. His cheeks were slightly red, and his eyes were as soft as they've ever been when he looked at me. "A little bit, but you know Deku and I would drop everything to save you." He kissed my forehead as Kirishima and Denki hollered behind us.

"Shut up!" I laughed as I swatted them both before making my way over to the opening elevator. The class once again cheered for the adults now waltzing into the room, along with Mic trailing behind them. Everyone chatted for a moment before the now five of us made our way out of the room. We walked quietly to the car, Ochako and I sitting in the very back.

"Really, Jinora, thank you for this." She was calmer now as she looked at me.

"Of course, this'll be loads of fun. You'll have a great time." The rest of the ride was silent, and finally we were at the giant venue. News reporters and fans waited eagerly outside, getting excited as we all exited the car. People called out for us, and we sent smiles and waves in all directions as we slowly made our way inside.

I was pulled away from my group, seeing as I would be a part of the awards and the adults plus Ochako would just be in the audience. I gave my small friend my signature thumbs up as I rounded the corner into the room all the heroes waited in.

"Baby bird!" Hawks cried out as he saw me, pulling me into the tightest hug. I happily hugged him back, missing him less and less now that I finally saw him again. Mirko also pulled me into a hug, followed by Jeanist and some others. I hadn't been able to see my hero friends since the Kamino Ward incident, and even before then too, as I had been so busy dealing with everything.

"Hawks, I've literally missed you so much." I said as I went back to hugging him, tears slipping over my cheeks. He shushed me quietly as we walked away to a less crowded area. "I hope you're actually resting, because if not then we can't patrol together. Your dads' threatened me for hours after you passed out." He was laughing, making me laugh in the process.

The door flew open to our left, Endeavor striding in like he owned the place and gave me a quick glance. I rolled my eyes under my mask, turning away to scroll on my phone as Hawks walked over to him and started a conversation. Hawks had always been his fan, I knew that since I met the winged man, so I never told him about the things Endeavor has done to his family. One day I'd tell him though, or maybe Dabi would come out of hiding and out him, himself.

We finally got called onto the stage, I stood between Endeavor and Hawks as I grew a bit nervous before seeing my family a few rows away from the stage. Ochako cheered for me, clapping loudly as my dads' and Mic did the same. I smiled happily, giving them a thumbs up once again before the announcer walked onto stage. I had tuned him out for the most part, twiddling my fingers until he mentioned Hawks being bumped up to second place. I cheered, looking as my friend and hugging him tightly.
