(Y/N)'s POV
Both me and Rin became good friend? Although we quarrel a lot about almost everything. We always walked to school together, train together, hang out together, go home together. Thanks to rin's hard work he was able to bring his team through many matches.
One day I was walking to the mall for groceries.
'hmm.. I list down most of the things I need... I hope there'll be money left for some snacks..some I could share with Rin....' I thought as I continue to walked. But suddenly a felt a tap on my shoulder, when I turned around I saw a guy in a suit.
"Yes?" I said looking confused. He smiled and said
"Ah hello young lady. I'm an underground idol scout you see. My name is takaba! And I can't help but notice that you're really pretty! Are you interested?" he said.
"underground idol.......?" I mumbled. "ah sorry sir I-" before I reply completely.. a thought went through my head.... 'wait wait underground idol?? the ones i see on internet?? but i already got my time full with soccer and studying..... but still i wanna try........... ah what the hell I'm going to kick the bucket anyway!!!'
"eh please give it a try I'm sure you'll-" he was interrupted when i grabbed the business card smiling brightly.
"I'll do it! please explain to me more!!!" i said smiling.
[TIMESKIP]
"YOU WHAT?????" rin yelled loudly.
"jeez stop yelling so much you're going to startle my neighbors!" i shushed annoyed.
"whatever!!?? Why did you just accept some shady deals??" he yelled
"STOP YELLING!!! And it's not a shady deal! he said i can come and watch one of the show and then talk about contracts! it's a good thing actually!" i said smiling.
rin slammed his hand down on the study table and said "NO! NONE OF THIS IS GOOD!! you could get kidnap!!" he said still frustrated and angry.
"I'll be fine! Onii-chan taught me self-defense." i said.
"no no no either you don't go or I come with you!!" he said.
"oh so you do approve?" i said smiling.
"shut up! I'm going home..." he said as he got up from the table.. i went from smiling to shock. "ah wait! don't be mad Rinnnn" i whined. but he just slammed the door shut..
"asshole...." i muttered and i started to clean the room.
[Time skip]
It was 6pm and we were at a secluded part of the town. i checked the business card and looked at the building. It was a run down apartment building... i was starting to have second guesses and Rin said
"You sure this is not some drug dealer's hide out?" I groaned in frustration and said "shut up Rin you don't have to come if you're scared!!" I yelled. Rin scoffed and said " you're the one who's scared..."
But Rin saw a few girls wearing cute frilly skirts came out of the building's basement stairs. "There. why not just go where they came out from... they must be idols too right?"
"woah! Good eye Rin! Let's go!" I said smiling as i pulled Rin's hand and walked down the stairs.. as we reached the end there was door and i can hear music being played. i opened the door and saw a huge crowd of people cheering for the girls on the stage. the security asked for the entry permit.. i just showed the scout's business card and he let us in.
i was mesmerized by the view. Rin placed a hand on my shoulder and said
"come on.. let's get closer. you want to see more right?"
"a ah yeah!" i said as we pushed through the crowd to see the stage better. I was amazed by the bright and vibrant stage and the colorfulness of the showbiz.
'can i be like that? have so many people cheering for me? can i at least make a stand that i had existed before my time runs out?.' I thought as me and Rin continued to watch.
[after the shows end]
"That was a good show right? all the idols are so cute!" i squealed. Rin let out a sigh and said "anything other than football is lukewarm...". an irk mark appear on my forehead. "you trying to pick a fight? can't go anywhere with you i swear!" i said annoyed.
then the guy who scouted me, takaba came and said "ahh [Y/N]! you really came i'm so glad! please this way!" he said as he guide us to a door at the back. It was a backstage dressing room.. I was shocked when suddenly Rin took my hand..
"Stay close to me..." he said as he held my hand tightly and walk to the backstage... as we entered, we saw many idols... i was mesmerized by them. Takaba took us to a desk and we sit down..
"so what do you think? did we impressed you?" Takaba said smiling.. i smiled back and said "yes! everything was very impressive! I've made up my mind! i want to join!"
"amazing! let's go over the contract!" he said as he took out the contract.. Rin took it from his hand and we go over it... "make sure to read everything" rin whispered to me....
after everything was good. I signed a year contract...
[moments later]
"ahhh I can't believe I'm an idol now.. i have to tell Onii-chan about this!" i said excited but Rin was quiet... i noticed and said "Is everything ok?"
"It's nothing... but are you sure about this?" he said... "ehh you're seriously saying this after i signed the contract...." i said dumbfounded...
" *sigh* just listen... I'll come to all your concerts ok...? Someone has to keep you check to make sure you don't get into a shady deal.." He said it as a joke but i can see the concern and worry... I smiled warmly and said "heh then you'll be my personal camera men/body guard!"
"what?!?" Rin said shocked and baffled.
"what? you're worry about me meeting some creepy otaku right? and i also want to sent Onii chan my concert video!" i said smiling as i walked ahead..
"why can't you just ask a staff member?" rin said annoyed
"aww don't be mad... because you're the one i trust the most!" i said smiling brightly. "come on! i'll treat you to ochazuke!"
" *sigh* you're hopeless....." Rin looked away secretly smiling....
