ONE WEEK.And three days.
That's how long it's been since I last saw or heard from Samir.
Having sex the first time a guy takes me out is my problem, so I understand that I may not be that special, but damn!
He could of at least sent a text or something.
Staring up at my ceiling, I tried my hardest not to let this get to me. I mean, If I was a guy and a girl I just met let me hit, I probably wouldn't call her back after either.
That's what I kept telling myself throughout these past few days. I hadnt been to the store in days and both Kennedy and Kierra were calling me. I'm so happy they didn't know which floor I lived on, or my apartment number because I knew they'd be harassing me...or at least I thought.
The second I heard a knock on my door I jumped out of my skin t felt, while my heart dropped.
I then stood still for a few seconds as the police like knocks continued.
There was no way he knew where I lived.
Absolutely no way.
Jessie doesn't knock.
The banging continued, which made me immediately go under my bed, snatching my black duffle, a few thick stacks of hundred dollar bills wrapped tightly in rubber bands spilled out of it.
"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I hissed, quickly scooping them up and placing them back inside before zipping it up before quickly swiping my phone off the dresser too.
Gulping hard, I then made my way towards the window, hurriedly unlatching the lock, opening it.
"Hey! Jarvis?!
"It's us! Let us in girl!"
"It's Kennedy!"
I stopped mid leg lift, dropping my head down and quickly wiping my eyes before turning around.
"What. The. Fuck."
The banging continued, as I placed my bag in the closet now, closing it and making my way out my room and down the hall. Once at the door, it took everything in my not to go completely off on this bitch.
"Is this the right one?"
"Yeah, this gotta be."
Looking through the peephole, I saw both Kennedy and Kierra talking to one another before looking back at my door.
Quickly straightening myself up, I then slowly unlocked it.
"Well hey. How you doin girl?" Was Kennedy's greeting as I placed a quick, fake smile on my face.
