"Hey." I was woken up at three am by Satan calling me. Mind too asleep to react properly I just ended up half-listening.

"???"

"Do you hear me?"

"No."

A soft laugh was his reply.

"Anyway, why are you calling me in the middle of the night? Is something wrong?" I struggled to keep my eyes open.

Satan let out a small noise of acknowledgment."I heard Luci bothered you again. How bad was it from 1 to 10? I accept negatives, by the way."

"Honestly it wasn't that bad...I am still up for pranking him with you, though..."

"Good." I could hear the smile in his voice. "I hope he didn't scare you too much."

"Hmm? Ah, he just asked me a bunch of things related to school. Like do I like studying and shit like this..." I mumbled with closed eyes.

"How interesting...Hey, Y/N?" He softly said.

"What...?"

"Don't fall asleep on me...or I might get sad." He teased. However his melodious and soft voice were my last straw. And I immediately fell asleep.
Soft snores were the only thing Satan could hear and this whole situation seemed very amusing to him. He never imagined himself finding such solace in a human's company yet here he was.

How odd of him. The blonde let out a small chuckle and with a wish for a night filled with sweet dreams he ended the call.
