"Rengoku-San!"
Tanjiro called out happily, standing next to the man's younger brother who had led him to the former Hashira's room. Kyojuro sent him a fond smile, beckoning him closer to the side of his bed with his one arm.
"Kamado, thanks for coming. I wanted to have a chat about something." The alpha moved his sight towards Senjuro, nodding his head at him. "Go finish your chores Senjuro, alright?"
The younger boy nodded and vacated the room, leaving the two males alone. Immediately after the door shut, there was a flash of light and you appeared beside Tanjiro with a smile on your face, cheeks a little warm from being in the man's presence.
"Rengoku-San, how are you faring?" You looked him up and down, Kyojuro seeming a little thinner than before but still overall the same.
"Well, thanks to you." There was a fond twinkle in his eye as he gazed at you, your heart picking up pace under his stare. He then turned to Tanjiro who was curiously glancing between the two of you, addressing him with his next words. "About training you and your two friends..." he began, face contorting into more of a sad smile, "I don't think I would be the right one to do so while I'm like this. I can't swing a sword anymore, which means I am unable to show you the forms of flame breathing...I apologize."
