Confidence in the air,
Flowing everywhere.
When you breathe it a bit,
You'll feel it.
Confidence flows high and low,
Even around your violin's bow.
It also has a little glow,
Which is as little as your toe.
Now I'll tell you a little truth.
It's not as little as a baby's tooth.
Confidence in the air, that's not a thing,
But when I go out, that's my feeling.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This poem (which is slightly edited) was inspired by the frosty winter air of London which made me calm, relaxed, joyous and excited for some reason - it made me feel enegertic and powerful. I still believe there's nothing like a cold breeze in a warm fuzzy coat, and that there's nothing like confidence that one can behold. (When I say confidence, please do not mistake it for overconfidence, I am referring to confidence as in a great quality one can have).
Do you like cold breezes? Do you think you have confidence?
