Disguise Devil.

Daniel and his wife left the club and started walking home. Their house was near the club.

Vitoria was not okay with the whole thing but Daniel was not listening.

"Babe," grabbing her wrist to stop her, "I know you got something on your mind, so say it."

"Don't you think this whole thing seems off?
    He just decided to give you all that money for nothing in return?"

"Babe, he has the money, do you see how much money he left on the floor?! I think he just hit a lot of money and don't know what to do with it." shrugging his shoulders.

"And he decided to leave everything in the club and leave...
    Babe, guys with that much money don't hang around in a local club like this. Why will anyone in their right mind bring that much money to a place like this, unless he's trying to draw people?"

"I don't care what his reasons are. We need the money, and God provided it. Isn't that all that matters?"

"I don't think this is God's doing!"

He leaned back with his hands folded against his chest, "So you and God have a conversation and he told you how he was going to do it?

"Babe... It was your idea to have fun tonight remember? Because we don't know what tomorrow will bring.

"—Guess what, this is tomorrow!!!

"Weeping may endure for a night but joy... Joy comes in the morning... Hello Victoria Johnson... Good morning!"

"This is not a joke. Something is off, I can sense it."

Cupping her cheeks with both hands, "Baby, you worry too much."

"And you worry less... How are you okay with this?!" she snapped at him.

Removing his hands off her face,  "Because my mother is dying!" he shouted

Immediately he realized what he had done, he took a breath to calm himself.
   " I'm sorry for raising my voice at you.

"But baby, mama is dying and we only have less than 48 hours to come up with two million for the operation.

"Where was I supposed to come up with that money? On top of that, our daughter is out of school, and don't let us forget we are 4 months behind the rent.

"You are the one who always said when God is ready to bless you, he can use anyone as the carrier, He can even use the devil to deliver the blessing.

"I don't care if this guy just hit a gambling or inheritance or he stole the money, all I know is, I can save my mother with this money."

Placing her hand on his chest,
   " Inheritance or stealing... I don't think so, babe. I won't be this anxious if it's either of the three you mentioned."

"What are you thinking... You think it blood money?"

"Bundles of money are not sprayed, Dan, they are thrown. And unless this guy is a basketball player, I don't see how throwing money up in the air will land on our table.

"Even if he throws it, both bundles will not just land on our table at the same time the way they did.

"Babe, am telling you, something is wrong with this... It's almost like someone stood above us and dropped the money."

He snorted, "Don't be ridiculous babe!  There's no one else there besides the three of us. Besides, that guy doesn't seem that dangerous. It just seems like a young guy with money he does not work for. You know how this young men are nowadays."

She nods her head, 'not because she agrees with him, but she knew he wasn't ready to listen, and one person must let the other win.'

"But why do you snap with him?"

He raises his eyebrow, "What, you think he's going to take my picture somewhere?

"He asked about what I do and I told him am a landscape videographer. He asked for my Instagram handle and I gave it to him. He told me would follow me, so he asked to snap a picture so he could tag my account with the picture when he posted it."

"Babe, I don't want you to have anything to do with that man. Can you do that for me?"

Robbing his hands on her arms. "He seems like someone who can help me. Help us... Why are you being like this?

"You don't come across people like this every day, Vic...
     .... He might be my destiny helper for all I know."

"Because am not okay with it, that why. I'm not okay with anything that happened tonight. And I can sense it in my cure that you shouldn't pick that money up, you should have called him to come pick it up."

He drew her closer and placed a light kiss on her lips. "You worry yourself over nothing. He is harmless, trust me. He's an angel."

"Devil can disguise himself like an angel of light sometimes.

He gazed at her sarcastically.

She let out a soft breath, wiggling her head in surrender.
    "I know you've made up your mind, but this is what I will say; when you sit to feast with the ruler, consider carefully what was being set before you; and if you're a man that was given to a large appetite, put a knife to your throat. Eat and satisfy he says, but his heart is not with you.
     ...Everything is not as it appears. "

Daniel looked lost.

"Babe, nothing will happen. Everything is going to be alright," he assured her.

"I hope you are right. For all of our sake. "
