"Hey, Ate Maloi! I got a question for you."
"What is it, Gwen?"
"Saan ka bumibili ng mga gayuma mo?"
"Ha? Hindi ko gets."
"Sira ka talaga, Ate Gwen. Lasing ka na sa first shot mo?"
The three girls are in Maloi's condo to celebrate the girl's first month of joining the band. Mikha is actually on the way together with her girlfriend while Colet can't join the fun because she can't skip her daily basketball practices at the evening.
"I am serious because my cousin has been acting so different lately and it started when you started joining in the band."
"Ang drama niyo, matagal na kayong magkasama kay Colet and you just say that now na may pinagbabago siya dahil sa akin."
"I see Ate Gwen's point na, we can prove to you a lot of instances how you changed our drummer. I swear it's a very big change."
"I clearly remembered the time when I pressed the wrong key just because I got bitten by a mosquito, I had to play Bohemian Rhapsody in 2x speed three times as my punishment, my fingers were so tired!"
"That was so funny! In my case, I sang a flat note in one of our practices and I had to eat ginger for a whole month. As much as I wanted to cheat on the consequence because I hate the taste, Ate Colet will let me munch it the moment I arrive at the studio and we won't start our work if I won't consume it."
The three girls were laughing until they heard a doorbell which means Mikha and Aiah have probably arrived and turns out it was them. Gwen and Jho knows Aiah obviously because Mikha introduced them as her girlfriend so it was nice that Maloi is now part of them in their friend group. Stacey and Sheena was actually invited but they have schoolworks to finish which is a bummer.
"What were you guys talking about that we can hear your laughs from outside?"
"Remembering our consequences that my cousin gives if we make mistakes."
"I remembered a funny Mikha moment of that! You all are aware that the bass is always right because of how deep it sounds and it affects all the other instruments, my girlfriend forgotten the chords of a song and she confidently just played random notes like it's a jazz song and Colet's reaction and punishment to this girl was so priceless!"
"What happened to your girlfriend after that incident, Ate Aiah?"
"Let's just say she took off all the strings of my bass after that and told me to fix it on my own. Reminding that it must be on tune."
"It doesn't sound bad naman?"
"HAHAHA it's funny because this bandmate of ours doesn't know how to fix strings! She always asks my cousin to do it all the time."
"Wow ang saya mo naman, Gwenny."
"Who could forget about that? You two had a gig in an hour that day and you looked pretty desperate for Colet's help."
"Eh babe naman!
"So how did you deal with that, Mikhs?"
"I had to visit YouTube tutorials for it and that was something I will never do again because I ended up having an out of tune bass. Five minutes before our set, Ate Colet grabbed my bass and tuned it instantly. When we finished our gig, she immediately took off all the strings again."
Everyone started to laugh while they were drinking liquors as the bandmates keep on sharing all Colet's doings towards the band on how she is such a perfectionist.
"I hope my cousin didn't trip on her practice today since we mentioned her a lot tonight."
"I never knew that's how she is been treating you all like that, is that how she is?"
