It has been months since their debut but the band's popularity skyrocketed so fast! They were no stranger to the public in the first place since they had gigs way before they debuted plus Maloi's charms were also irresistible that online people have given so much praises to her as a nee member. The other four are still being complimented and loved by their fans from way before but it surely did multiply now that they have finally debuted. As of the moment, the band is having a photo shoot for a magazine cover.
"That's a wrap! Thank you everyone for participating our photo shoot."
"Thank you, direk."
"No problem, Maloi. Ang sikat sikat mo na talaga. Ang dami niyo ng fans, idol!"
"Ay sus, parang hindi rin kilala si direk."
"Magbihis muna kayo ng kabanda mo at kakain na tayo. Naghanda talaga yung sponsors ng pagkain para sa atin."
"Sige po, I will inform them."
Maloi bowed to everyone at the shooting area and exits patungo sa prep room kung saan nandun ang mga kabanda niya. As she was about to turn the door knob, lumabas si Colet wearing her basketball uniform and bringing her gym bag.
"Oh, you leaving na?"
"Yeah, I have to go na. In a hurry."
Before Maloi could even utter a bye, Colet ran so fast at nawala na ito sa paningin ng isa. Napansin na talaga ni Maloi how Colet has been very distant to her. Hindi naman distant in terms sa band because as a leader ay super hands on talaga siya sa lahat but Maloi really missed their time together na sila lang dalawa doing random stuffs if it's not work related. She decided to shrug it off for the meantime as she opened the door and nandoon mga ibang kabanda niya.
"Tapos ka na, Ate?"
"Ah yes, Mikhs. Labas na kayo at kakain na daw tayo. Naghihintay sila sa atin."
"Oh sige, tara na. Gutom na ako eh."
"Lagi ka naman gutom, Jho."
"Hoy ikaw, Mikha Lim! Halika rito."
Mikha ran out from the room following a running Jhoanna as well. Before Gwen could leave, Maloi decided to open up to her.
"Okay lang ba si Colet?"
"Okay naman siya as far as I know. Bakit? May ginawa ba siya sayo?"
"Grabe ka naman sa pinsan mo, wala naman pero it's just that parang ang distant niya sa akin? Hindi ko napansin if she is also distant sa inyong tatlo lately though."
"You did notice it too huh? Actually ay hindi na rin siya masyado nag usap sa akin. I also heard ay parang pinasa niya mostly ng trabaho sa ating producer which should have been hers kaya she has been quiet sa ibang sessions natin. I tried reaching out pero kapag wala siya sa condo, hindi ko mahanap. We all know she is the most introverted sa ating lahat na tinatanggi niya invites sa parties and even other artists eh kaya ayun, I am also clueless like you."
"Siguro naman about sa basketball yung na priority niya?"
"I would also think about that pero hindi nag open up si coach sa akin or even Ace. To be fair ay malapit na din yung semis andshe wanted to win the championship this league. In the meantime, let's think about this later. Sunod muna tayo sa kanila."
Maloi could only nod as she followed Gwen out of their prep room. Dumating sila sa area where everyone was having dinner and the band members were informed na maguusap muna sila with their big boss about an important matter before going home. After eating ay hindi naman tumagal ang biyahe nila ay dumating na sila sa opisina to discuss the subject matter.
