Hindi natapos ni Colet yung sinabi niya as her phone's ringtone disturbed her. She motioned the girl in the passenger seat to wait for what she says to check who the caller was, it's her cousin pala.
"Gwen, need anything?"
"Where are you taking Maloi?"
"I will let her stay at my place tonight."
"Ihatid mo siya sa bahay nila and come to my place. I need you."
"Is there something wrong, Gwen?"
"Just come here, please? It's a family thing and I know you can help me with it."
"Okay, I'll be there asap."
Colet dropped her phone and turned the signal light for a u-turn on her car.
"Is everything alright? Nag reroute ka ah."
"Si Gwen, she needs me. I can hear it on her tone that may problema. Ihahatid na kita sa bahay mo, I am really sorry."
"Huwag na, I can take a cab while you go to Gwen agad."
"My plans for tonight is quite a fail so let me drive you, please?"
"Oh sige, just stay calm muna."
Colet managed to nod as she drives at a safe speed patungo sa bahay ni Maloi, so much for planning on to confessing her feelings. It didn't take long na dumating na sila and Maloi was quick to leave the car while Colet stays at her position as she does not want to stay long.
"You take care in driving going to Gwen's. Please update me, okay?"
"Yes, I will. Goodnight, Maloi."
As soon as Colet sees Maloi enter her house, she started driving away towards her cousin's place. Kilala naman siya ng security sa condo kaya she got access of the parking the moment she has arrived. She quickly paced herself towards the unit she is headed and knocked the door immediately.
"Gwen, I am here."
Nabukas yung pintuan, she got shocked when her cousin quickly dragged her inside and let her sit down the sofa.
"What's the rush? I am here na. You can start sharing to me na."
"What did you and Maloi talk about when you two left us?"
"Why is this connected to your family problem you are facing right now?"
"Just answer me!"
"Oh, I was just going to invite her to my place so that I could talk to her alone and in private. I was going to pursue my plan on confessing my feelings for her, so in th— ARAY!"
Colet was normally explaining until she felt a painful slap on her face.
