He is ignoring me

Just then dad came home. I sat there quietly. He came and sat beside me after changing.

Dad: what happened to you today?

Y/N: nothing dad

Dad: hmm and how is your friend?

Y/N: good, now he would be better

Dad: what happened to you? You look so down today?

Y/N: nothing dad, I am good

Just then the door bell rang. Mom went to open. I decided to go upstairs but then I heard a familiar name.

Mom: taehyung! You come in!

Why did he came here? I have no courage to meet him again. Without even turning, I went to my room and locked myself. Then I heard a knock on my room door.

Tae: y/n, I need to talk to you.

Y/N: go from here, I don't want to talk. Even now you hate me, so why you wanna talk now.

Tae: wait, who said I hate u?

Y/N: obviously you would hate me. After what I did.

Tae: please y/n open the door, I want to talk to you

Y/N: no just go, we will talk tomorrow

I heard footsteps going away. I guess he went. I don't wanna talk to him now.

Next morning
I woke up early and got ready. After having breakfast, I came outside. I knew he won't come to pick me and I was right, he didn't came. Great! Now I guess I have to make this my habit of going alone. Hmm let's get going Y/N.

I walked to the school alone. I reached the door of the school just then Tae came and parked his bike. I looked at him but he didn't even glanced at me. I was hurt but then I directly went to my class.

In the canteen
Lisa: hey where is tae?
I didn't replied and continued to eat.
Lisa: excuse me I am asking you Ms Y/N.

Y/N: I don't know and I don't care, he must be busy with his new girlfriend

Lisa: GIRLFRIEND!!

Jungkook: when did he made one?

Y/N: yesterday

Lisa: why do you look so down today?

Y/N: I am fine, don't worry. I am done now, I may go to my class now.

Saying this, I went from there. When I reached my class, I found tae and Jennie sitting together. I went towards them.
Y/N: this is my seat

Tae: can't you adjust somewhere else?

I was hurt but still I didn't said anything. I took my things and sat at the last corner of the class. So my eyes wouldn't go towards them. After school, I went home again, alone.

Mom: how was your day?

Y/N: same

I went to my room. And I guess mom understood that I was upset. She knocked at my door.

Mom: y/n, can you open the door?

I opened it and as soon as I opened, she hugged me.

Mom: Y/N you know you can talk to me. Tell me what happened? Nowadays you come home and just go to your room quietly. You don't even say that you're back. What has happened? And did you and tae got back together?

As soon as she asked about him, I hugged her. And started to cry.

Y/N: no eomma, he and me aren't getting back together. He hates me and now I don't think he would be my friend anymore.

Mom: but what happened??

I finally told her everything. And it seems more like she is getting angry..

Mom: I don't understand, only for his happiness, you destroyed yours. I have seen how much you were close to him and now only for him, you destroyed your own friendship. Why y/n? Why you have to become nice to everyone? That Jennie, she just took advantage of your innocence. And now you and your friendship ruined only because of her and your stupidity.

Y/N: I know mom but I had no other choice to do this. I am sorry.

Mom: now what? Why are you apologising to me? You should just tell the truth to him. He deserves to know the truth.

Y/N: no I won't tell him. He loves her and I don't want them to breakup because of me. I won't come between them.

Mom: but will you be able to see them everyday together?

Y/N: no (I cried more) no I can't see them together. Mom, i can't see him with her. And I can't see his ignorance. He ignores me every time, he doesn't message me, he doesn't call me anymore.

Mom: y/n, so now what will you do? You don't even want to tell him the truth and you can't even see them together. So what will you do now?

I thought for a second and then answered.

Y/N: I will leave Seoul.

Mom: what? But!

Y/N: mom I will do scholarship in New York. You remember, Irene, she too studies there. She got transferred to New York. And we both are still in contact, maybe I can also scholarship in her school??

Mom: but what about me then?

Y/N: mom I don't wanna leave, but you know that

Mom: it's okk, you go, I will be fine here. But will you tell your friends about it?

Y/N: only jungkook and lisa.

Mom: okay, then I guess we should spend more time together.

We both laughed.

After awhile, dad and Soo Ah too came home. I told them about it and they got too emotional listening to this. Then at night, I called lisa and jungkook.

On call

Yah I am feeling sleepy

Sorry guys, I need to tell you both something

What happened?

Y/N
First promise you both won't tell this to anyone and specially to tae

I am leaving Seoul.

Y/N
Yes, I am going to study abroad in
New York, but just don't tell this to anyone and also not to taehyung

Jungkook
Did you and him had a fight?
You guys don't even hang together nowadays

Yah, is it because of his gf?

Y/N
No no it's not because of her, it's actually my fault. I am the reason why we both aren't friends anymore.

Lisa
Why you guys broke your friendship?

Y/N
Long story, let's talk about this tomorrow, just don't talk about this with anyone else.

Roger!

We both laughed listening to her and then we all ended the call. I layed on my bed and after awhile slept..
