I know only Jake & Rosa were requested, but I decided to add Amy because her headcanons go off of Jake's
Jake Peralta:
How He Would React to You Coming Out:
Hugs you tightly—he doesn't expect you to explain anything to him. It love for you is beyond unconditional, and he only wants to make sure you're safe and happy. He tells you he'll support you no matter what and will help you come out to other people if you want.
If you choose to go by a different name, he's very adamant about people using that name. May not be the best at keeping it a secret, but is very protective about you. He'd 100% risk his career if it meant he got to knock out a transphobe's teeth.
When You're Sick:
Wraps you up in blankets, and carries you to the couch for you to watch TV. When you're younger, he manages to take work off to take care of you. He lets you stay home by yourself for a few hours once you're older, but he still comes in and takes care of you.
What They Used to Call You vs What He Calls You Now
He would call you sweetheart a lot, and now he calls you kid/kiddo and bud a lot.

She tells you she's very proud of you and hugs you. She's able to keep it a secret if you want her to, and is really understandable about whether or not you want to talk to her about it in depth.
When You're Sick
Jake is usually the one who wants to stay home with you, so he'll end up doing so. That doesn't mean she's any less caring, though, she's usually the one cooking for you, and making sure you take your medicine, drink enough, and eat enough.
As much as Jake loves to defy gender roles, his ADHD doesn't make him the best at time management & that is something Amy is passionate about so it just works out that way.
What She Used to Call You vs What She Calls You Now
She called you sweetie and sweetheart, and now she calls you buddy and dude. It's a little awkward, but that's because she doesn't know if she should call you a nickname name, so she's a bit of a dork about trying to change it.

How She Would React to You Coming Out:
She wouldn't really know how to react at first, because she's not the most emotional person, but she also knows how difficult it can be to come out.
"Thank you for telling me. I'm very proud of you, and I support no matter what you identify as."
She knows it probably comes off as robotic—and it's one of the few times where that frustrates her—but she tries to show you that she genuinely means it by making traditions out of things you like, like going to the movies, or shopping, or even family game night.
She will keep it a secret from the squad, and do a very good job of it if you want her to, but she will also tell them/help you come out to them if you want as well. She also threatens them that she'll hurt anyone who opposes you/doesn't support you around her.
When You're Sick
She's stubborn about you actually resting and taking care of yourself when you're sick. Despite the fact that she doesn't take off work when she's sick, she makes you stay home. She makes you take medicine and eat, even if you don't want to. If she can't take off work to watch you, she usually makes Gina do so since Gina also won't let you get away with anything.

She's always just called you kid/kiddo, and she doesn't really feel the need to change that.
