"Who taught you to drive a boat?" Luke whined as he watched Ashton behind the wheel, steering the boat. It's only been a few hours and he was already sea sick and tired of the boats rocking.

"I took lessons last year and got my license!" Ashton replied cheerfully. "I've always wanted to drive one and take a day trip. Glad the chance finally came."

"You may be glad.." Luke mumbled feeling another wave of sickness wash over him. He sank lowly in his seat, hugging a bucket close to his chest.

"I'm on a boat! I'm-on-a-boat!" Calum chanted as he pranced up and down the open top deck.

Michael hissed and scooted further back into the shade, trying to avoid the hot direct sunlight. "Will you stop saying that? We get it. You finally get to repeat that stupid line!" He snapped as he looked back down at his ds.

Calum stuck his tongue out at Michael and walked down the stairs that led directly to the indoor lounge and kitchen. From there you could head down another Flight of stairs to the large bed, tiny bathroom that doubles as a shower, and the noisy motors.

Calum wished Luke was enjoying the trip just as much as he and Ashton were, if only he wasn't sea sick. Hopefully those medications would kick in soon and they could finally have some fun. Even if Michael was just hopeless.

But He hated going out, he hated heat, sea waters, boats, and even sunlight. He would rather be cooped up in the hotel room gaming all day then the constant rocking boat. Thankfully, it was a day and night trip. they would be back on land around the same time tomorrow.

Calum was humming to himself as he skipped into the kitchen and grabbed himself a nice cold beer from the mini fridge. He reached in and grabbed one for Ashton, couldn't let the driver die of thirst!

He snickered at his own joke as he walked back out and up the stairs. "What a beautiful day. I'm glad we have a nice breeze." He said as he handed Ashton the, already opened, beer bottle.

"I know. We couldn't have asked for a better day. This is so nice." Ashton said as he sat back letting the boat drive on auto pilot a little, since there was nothing in sight; other then several large islands in the far distance. In fact, they look like tiny specks on the horizon.

Squinting as the sun shot it's nasty beams into michaels eyes, he looked up feeling blinded. "That's it! I'm done with you! Fuck you sun!" Groaning he stood and headed down stairs to hide out in the lounge or maybe to try to take a nice nap.

With tiny whimpers Luke watched Michael storm off, "take me with you.." He quietly whined.

Michael shot Luke a grin before he disappeared down the stairs. He chose to ignore the wimp and just head into the nicely cooled room. With a happy sigh he plopped down on the red lounge couch that wrapped almost completely around the room.

He kicked up his feet onto the small table that was a few feet infront of him and leaned back closing his eyes listening to the hum of the motors.

"God. How could anyone sleep with that ruckus? And I'm not even in the bed next to them. I am so sleeping up here tonight.."

A weird clanking sound grabbed michaels attention just when he started to drift asleep. He opened his eyes looking around the room.

Again the clanking started up, the hum of the motors sounded as if they slowed and were forcing itself to work.

Michael pulled his feet off the table, sitting up, he looked toward the stairs that lead down to the last layer of the boat. Was this sound he was hearing normal? Should he worry? Maybe he should go tell the others.

Just before he stood the hum started to sound back to the normal annoying speed and intensity. The clicking and clanking seemed to have stopped as it also sounded like it was no longer struggling.

Michael shrugged and leaned back again, what does he know? Maybe that was the sound of it going off of auto pilot or something. He pulled out his DS and went back to his game of Pokemon.
