Jennie's pov
Rosie
I beamed determining how she came behind me only to make sure I got into my apartment cautiously and then travelled back to her home. Having a friend like Rosie is a true blessing, her character outside of the hotel is opposite.
"Hey, Rosie" I waved at her in the cafeteria.
She narrowed her eyes at me pivoting unexpectedly and unintentionally bumping into the casement window, right away I looked around hoping no one saw her because she would be mortified yet I saw someone laughing.
"Oh, hahaha" a girl who is nearly the same height as Rosie but she had brown hair with bangs.
After laughing she helped her pressing her forehead for her and rubbing her hand on the silent bump. Rosie pushed her lightly glaring at her probably because she was laughing.
"You're so mean" She rubbed her forehead.
I took my cup of coffee trekking to her, "Are you okay? Do you want coffee?" I smiled.
She still has her hand pressed on her forehead grunting to ease the pain, "You're Jennie? Jimin's girlfriend, right?" the girl offered her hand for me to shake.
"Just Jennie," I grinned back shaking her hand.
"I'm Lisa, one of the executives of the housekeeping department" she was proud to say.
People in that department were never assured enough to reveal their department if it's housekeeping because maybe there is still a mentality where people look down on people in that department.
Yet we can't overlook the fact that housekeeping is the heart of the hotel, without housekeeping hotels can't process or sell rooms. They played a major role in it as much as the front office though the only difference is, that the people of that department never show off how important they are for us to unlink the people of another department.
One of the reasons I like Jimin, he's a nice, sweet, and lovable guy with a bit anger issue.
"Hi," I nodded looking back at Rosie.
"I'm fine" she answered. "Can we forget what happened here? You did not see anything" she declared, which was more funny than her hitting her head on the window.
She left in embarrassment, I glanced at Lisa who shrugged before bursting into chortling which also made me laugh. We both saw her walking away probably mumbling about how can she not see the glass.
"It was nice to meet you, Jennie. Bie" She also left catching up to Rosie.
I saw them strangling each other on the way and I heard Rosie saying, "You should have stopped me!"
"Oh come, Roseanne. It was not embarrassing, it's okay. It happens" Lisa stated like it was not a big deal yet she laughed at Rosie.
Rosie scowled at her, "I'm not going to talk to you" She left Lisa behind.
They were so adorable while arguing which almost made me wonder if they were truly friends or more than that. Though I turn away from drinking my coffee.
While working on the operator I laugh out of nowhere remembering how Rosie bumped her head on the window. Jungkook raised his brow at me giving me side eyes and I could tell he was going to use her senior card on me.
"What is it? Why are you laughing?" he asked excitedly.
He's a sucker for teas. Rosie was right when she declared that Jungkook was the Gossip King.
I shake my head, "Nothing, just some meme I read online a while ago" I say.
I don't know why I lied I could tell him, he's Rosie's friend and as much as I know he considers her as a best friend which is still a mystery because Rosie only sees him as a colleague yet a good friend, not a best friend.
