"Yes Jin, anything else?" I said as I siped my coffee with one hand, typing slowly with the other and talking to Jin with my ear pods.

"We need you at the office today. I understand that you have to take care of little miss Park but this is really important."

Little Miss Park. That had a nice ring to it.

"What time?" I dropped the mug and focused on typing.

"About 12:30pm sir."

"Ending?"

"It'll take about and hour half if things go smoothly."

I groaned. "Alright then. Thanks for informing me early."

"Only doing my job sir."

Once I set my phone down, it lit up with a message again. Can I just catch my breath?

I exited the chat and wen to the next one;

Dad
We'll be having an online meeting with some important clients. 2:00pm sharp.

Me
4:00pm? You do realize that's about 3:00am over here right?

His reply came almost instantly.

Dad
Make it work, after all, you're the CEO.

I groaned again, sank lower into my chair and rubbed my neck. Turns out, sleeping on a couch isn't really comfy. Not that I'm admitting that to Ashley.

I put my laptop on slip and attended to my coffee.

Just then, Ashley walked in, probably in mid yawn, wearing a sleep shirt. Her hair was a a messy bun and a large amount of thighs were on display and I gulped.

When she finally noticed my presence, she paused for a second as if calculating someone and as soon as it clicked.

"Ahhhhh." She gripped her chest and ran back in the direction she came.

"Why was she acting like I hadn’t seen it all before? Bare, even.

A few minutes later, she came back, her chest now covered, and she’d thrown on some baggy shorts under the shirt.".

"Good morning." I say to her as she scurried past me.

"Morning." She replied as she took a coffee beverage sachet and took a mug.

"Uhmmm Ash?"

"Yes." She replied not looking at me.

"I have a few things to this morning so I may not be able to hangout with Jordan."

"Oh, okay."

"Okay?"

She picked up her mug and finally looked at me. "Okay." She repeated. "You gat a problem with that?"

Yes. Why are you so non chalant about this?

"No." I said a little harsher than I intended.

What is wrong with me?

"Ooookayyyy." She dragged as began walking away from me.

"Who's she gonna be with?" I said and she raised a brow. "I mean, it's a Saturday and she won't be going to kindergarten so..."

"Naomi."

I visibly relaxed. "Great."

She didn't respond, she just walked out.
