"Who are you?" A voice said from above me.

I snapped open my eyes and sat up quickly, almost colliding the stranger and I's heads together. But he moved away with fast reflects than me. I stared at him for a second. He had much darker skin than the north elves. His ears were also much longer and his hair was in long dark braids down his back. He kind of looked a little amazonian to me.

"Clea, Clea Mccoy." I rubbed my head for a second, "who are you?"

"That doesn't matter, what matters is how did you get here and what do you want?"

I stood up from the ground and noted that he was at least two feet taller than me. He was a giant.

"Shouldn't you be able to read my mind and tell me that?" I questioned and raised my eyebrow at him. "After all I was told that you guys are crazy powerful."

"Men are not as powerful as women." He seemed a little pissed off at my remark.

I held up my hands in surrender, "when I say 'guys' its a general term for both males and females. Also known as slang. But if you prefer for me to address everyone as ladies and gentlemen, that can be arranged."

He looked at me curiously, "your mind has been blocked, by who?"

I gave him a questioning look, "I don't know, they said that no one from the north was as powerful as you guys from the south. So I don't think anyone could be powerful enough to do that."

I was really starting to wonder if this guy was really an elf or not.

He looked at me for a long second before I decided to just tell him why I was here or this could take all day. "Alright so the first reason why I'm here is because Lady Lucilla, a famous dragon rider and also member of the famous circle I know nothing about, is in trouble. From what they told me her body was possessed by a witch who wants to kill her I'm guessing. The witch probably works for the evil king they are trying to over-throw."

"You say they like you aren't trying to help when in reality you are."

I glared at him, "don't interrupt me." After a second of him not saying anything, I kept talking. "So they need to get her back because she's important and she's kind of dating a Prince, but he's good. The other Prince is evil though and they're probably going to throw him in jail when they kill his dad. The king on the other hand has been hatching and growing dragons for an army or something. I don't really know all the details."

I watched as he tensed at the mention of the army. "And what is the other reason you came?"

"Well, I came here with someone from the north clan but when we started getting chased by this guy who hates me and his friend we were kidnapped by dwarves and I kind of need him back because... well, I love him and I need him back."

I took a few deep breaths after my explanation and looked up at the giant elf guy who was watching me curiously.

"And why should I trust you?"

I shrugged, "well that's your decision really. They sent me because, well because I'm the only person they can afford to loose in this war they're having. Because I'm not supposed to be here."

I sighed and he looked at me questioningly.

I rolled my eyes at him, "well I'm not from this planet if you couldn't already tell." I gestured to my shorts and tank top I was wearing. He just kept staring at me.

I let out a frustrated sigh, "look, I don't have forever like you immortals. I've got things to do and places to be, so can you help me or not?"

"Who blocked your mind?" He asked again.

I let out a frustrated groan. "I didn't let anyone block my mind! If anyone did it was probably Salvador when he went in my head and looked at all of my memories."

I watched as the elf man's eyes grew dark and scary.

I took a step back, slightly afraid of him right now. "He was just making sure I wasn't there to kill anyone. So he had to make sure my story checked out," I said quietly. I really hoped he believed me.

But he didn't because my vision went black and I couldn't see anything anymore. "What did you do?" I waved my hand in front of my face but I still couldn't see anything. I wanted to scream out but before I could he grabbed my arm and lifted me up and suddenly it was like I was flying.

But all I wanted to do was scream out, and I couldn't. He did something to me and I didn't know what it was, but it didn't feel good at all.
