After y/n found out...he was heartbroken again...and y/n couldn't do anything about it...but y/n was still by Stolas side, Octavia was soon born and y/n took care of her while her parents were busy, Octavia saw y/n as her father figure, she still loved Stolas but y/n was there more often

Now is y/n...mentally okay?...well after the shit striker did to Stolas he has now been blaming himself atleast on the inside for not arriving sooner.

Now will y/n actually become Octavia's guardian if Stolas dies

Yes and even if he hadn't been given the permission, he wouldve taken Octavia and ran away with her. Since he knows very well that her staying with Stella is a bad option

Now that's it oh and...would you like for Stolas and y/n to go back together?
