Chapter 17 | Noah

I woke up when I felt Liv licking me on the face. I petterd her and she came and lay beside me.

I then noticed that the bed was empty and this blanket was not above me but her.

I got up and was about to go to the bathroom when I noticed a sticky note on the bathroom door.

I smiled at it and kept it in my nightstand drawer. I went to the bathroom and freshened up.

Yesterday when I found her asleep, I did think to take her to her home but Nina wasn't home and I couldn't find her keys so I decided to take her to mine.

I picked her up bridal style and slowly walked up to my bedroom. I placed her on the bed and put the covers over her after taking her boots off.

I started at how peacefully she was sleeping with her lips slightly apart.

I took my shirt off and wore my sweatpants and went to sleep on the couch. It was a little uncomfortable but worked.

After showering, I put on a tshirt and a shirt above along with pants and shoes. I sprayed my perfume and left after grabbing my bike keys and bag.

I called Emily if she needed a ride but she might stay home as she said so I went to college.

I thought about buying her medicine but then I don't want to her to think that I care about her. She's just annoying.

Whatever.

I reached college and found the boys standing in front of the entrance.

"Hey man!" Matt yelled giving me a manly hug.

I nodded and stood there listening to their conversation while scrolling through my phone.

"Yo who's that girl?" Kolen said.

"She's hot" A guy said.

"Uh Noah you should see that" Ryan whispered and I looked up.

My eyes widened when I saw the view right before me.

Emily was on her bike. She was wearing the most badass clothes ever. She looked hot. Ahem.

She got off the bike and took her helmet off . Her hair were open so they flew.

It looked like a fucked up movie scene. She wore her bag properly and walked over to us.

I noticed and saw almost all the college boys just drooling over her. Okay she doesn't even look that hot.

Liar.

She went inside and didn't even look at me. After sometime I walked into my buisness class and attended the borin lecture.

My next period was maths so I walked to the class. I saw Emily sitting with Jenna, so I took the seat right infront of Jenna .

It was the only one empty.

"Morning students, as we had a test yesterday, I'll be giving our the results." Mr. Scott said.

"Hailey, 80 out of 100" Mr. Scott began.

Many student came and took their papers.

"Emily, 99 out of 100" Mr Scott said impressed and Emily had a really big happy face on.

She sat back into her seat after taking the paper and smiled to herself. I rolled my eyes and looked forward.

"Noah, 100 out of 100" as expected.

I got up and collected it from him and while walking back to my seat I glanced at Emily and she had her mouth wide open. I smirked at her and her eyes burned with rage.

The rest of the class went normal and it was finally time for lunch. Me, Emily, Jenna,Nina and the boys went together to the cafeteria. We usually would go to the cafe nearby but today the cafeteria felt right.

We were standing in line.emily was behind me and I was talking to Matt. I kept my elbow on Emily's head while taking a step back beside her and still talking to Matt who gave a small laugh when he saw what I was doing.

Emily looked at me annoyed and yanked my hand away but I placed it back there.

After 5 times of removing my hand from her head, she finally have up and stood there with her arms crossed.

We took our meals and sat on the table outside.

We were all casually eating and talking. I had already finished my meal but I was still hungry. Emily had the same meal as me so I took a cupcake from her plate making her glare at me.

Okay so the thing here is that she hates it when someone steals her food and I enjoyed that so...

She began talking to Kolen again and munched her burger. This time I took two fries from her plate which made her look at me again with a angrier glare while I just smirked at her, eating the fry.

"Noah, do it again and I'll choo you hands off" she said through her gritted teeth.

She turned around and kept herself busy in the talks when I took a sip from her coke.

She smacked my arm really hard but I felt nothing. I smacked her arm in return and she groaned hitting my head. I did the same thing when she just stood up, picked her plate and went away.

As soon as she went away stomping we all burst into a fur of laughter.

"Bruh, you really annoyed the heck Outta her" Jenna laughed.

Later I had Computer and Football practice. After all my classes, I was going towards my bike when I saw James talking to Emily, blocking her way.

He really needs to back off or I'll punch his nose.

I was really annoyed after lunch as many girls kept flirting with me. It was an everyday story.

I never dated anyone and they wanted to date me but I was never interested so they kept their fake personality acts up, trying to seduce me but it was actually disgusting and annoying.

"Noah!" Someone sang my name from behind.

I turned around and saw the girl I hated the most. Mariana, if that's her name.

"Leave me alone Mariana, I'm not interested" I groaned, messing my hair and focusing on the view behind her. James. They were still talking while James had a smirk on his bloody face.

"I just wanna be your friend " she said in her fake pitchy voice"

I wasn't listening to her as she kept rambling and kept my eyes on Emily. James grabbed her arm and my jaw clenched. I was about to got there when she did the unexpected. She kicked him at his main part.

Everyone laughed at James who was now groaning on the grass and Emily walked over to her bike and drive towards the diner.

I walked towards my bike and left Mariana over there just like that. Who cares, she's a slut making our with different men all the time.

I drove towards home and jumped on my bed as soon as I reached my room.

We had a match after a week and it was the beginning of the game season.

I groaned as I opened my laptop and made some strategies for the team while watching some NFL matches online.
