It had been almost 6 months since the conversation with Eleanor. I thought I did the right thing with the conversation but I started to regret it the moment Eleanor sent me the text about my mom picking up Nolan from her house.
I tried the dating thing but I just never felt a connection like I did with Eleanor. I hadn't heard from Eleanor since the conversation, as much as I tried to beg my mom to talk to me about her she wouldn't. They would have weekly hang outs when mom would pick up Nolan so I knew she knew everything Eleanor was up to. It all came crumbling down when she told me Eleanor had a date and that it went well.
I cried myself to sleep that night, I had ruined my life when I asked her for the divorce. I tried to stop thinking about it because I still had Nolan to take care of but it hurt me every time I thought of somebody else being with Eleanor.
Eleanor's POV
A couple weeks after the conversation with Taylor I had gone out with my friends and I met someone. She was hot and once I got to know her I knew I needed to have her. We had been going on dates every Saturday that I didn't have Nolan. Margaret hadn't met Nolan yet, I wanted to talk about it with Taylor before I brought Margaret around Nolan. She knew about him and about the divorce although once I talked about it I never brought it back up again.
Deep down I was still heartbroken but I thought since I was moving on I would forget about it soon. I didn't want to move to quickly with Margaret, I wanted to enjoy my time with her and let time to do it's thing if it works it works and if it doesn't it's whatever.
No one's POV
It had been a thursday evening, the day before Nolan was off to his moms house.for the weekend. Eleanor was on speaker phone with Margaret while she fed Nolan. I think it's about time I introduce you to Nolan babe. I'm going to talk to Taylor later and then we'll see if you could come over later she said to her girlfriend. They had made it official a month ago and just thinking about Margaret being her girlfriend made her heart flutter.
I'm so excited to finally be able to meet the little guy. Hopefully everything goes well. I'm going to let you finish feeding him though just let me know what she says. Eleanor was hoping this conversation would be good, she didn't want another bad conversation. Alrighty babe. Bye-bye, Muah! She hadn't felt that good in years. She was finally happy again and Margaret was part of the reason.
After she put Nolan for a nap she sat on the couch coming up with a good way to talk to Taylor about Margaret meeting Nolan.

Woah. Eleanor definitely didn't not expect that. She didn't want to fight via text so she decided to call her ex. After the third ring she answered, what's up with you? Eleanor was so sick of Taylors attitude by now. You know what you said is not true. I haven't been with anyone since the divorce, I have a son to take care of I'm not a whore.
