I was brought back to the present by the vibration of my phone, it was Inari, I forgot that I gave her my email, seeing her message brought a little smile to me face

"Ms .Feng we have arrived" he mumbled as he clear his throat

"By the way please call me Lei" I blurted

"As you wish, may I follow you upstairs, Lei" he calmly commented back

"No, it's fine" was my reply

Something feels off about this driver, I don't like him its as if he's up to something not to mention he's a lot younger than the other guys

*Buzz*

I read the message and hurry to reply

"hey" I quickly answered

"Hi" she replied

"I was wondering, how did you save me today, I mean I know it's your ability but what exactly was it" she asked with a bit of excitement in her voice

"Oh I a soul searcher of sorts, I share the same abilities as a regular soul searcher but with some family inherited abilities, how about you" i asked expecting answer

"Now do you really think you should be telling her this it goes against the rules of the council my spirit guide" said once again echoing in my head

"She already knows I have abilities, she has a very active sprits guide that I'm sure she has mentioned it to her, not to mention she has seen me use abilities now shh" i mentally replied back

"Who said I have abilities, anyway what about our date" she quickly blurted out

She changed the subject well that's not fair i told her something very confidential and when i asked her the same thing she brush it off as its nothing that is making me feel as if she has something to hide i haven't known her for to long maybe she does

"I may not be able to see you but I can sense I know your never to far but never to close for example your not inside my building I presume your on my roof" i objected

"Its unfortunate that you don't know exactly how strong your connection to the spirit realm is" he said as his voice began to fade away

"I don't know I don't get out much, surprise me" i answered saying

"How does the heartbeat drummer not get out much your basically a cultural superstar" she replied followed by a light chuckle

I practically choked on my ramen cup

"Master, what is it you say, Google, ah yes she Googled you" once again booming through my head

"Y-you know about that" I shyly replied

"Yes I do, I saw the performance with your sister, it was beautiful and why don't I see her at school with you, I don't see her at all" she interjected

"We go to separate schools" I said sternly hoping that she would pick up the uneasiness in my voice

"Oh, that makes sense, she goes to a dance school right?" she continued

"Are you free next Saturday around 7" i interjected

"Yes" she replied

"Then I guess we have a date"
