Rhaegar's Pov.

Flying high up in the sky with Diaval, I soon see Nyra fly beside me, and I couldn't stop the chuckle that left my lips.

"You won't win!" She yells at me as we fly over King's Landing towards the Dragon pit. She always wishes to make a match out of these things when we fly together.

"Let's show her who we are, Diaval." I whisper, and he screeches in response before flying faster, and soon we pass her and Syrax.

Flying past the red keep, I let a smirk grow on my face as we've clearly left Nyra behind us. She always tries, and she always loses.

As we make our way over, King's Landing Diaval only flies about 20 yards over the houses.

"Fly up Diaval before father has both of our asses again."  I mumble, making him roar loudly before flying up.

I like flying close over the buildings, and so does he, but uhm, it wouldn't be the first time we flew to close and broke something.

And father was less than pleased the last time we accidentally flew two roofes off. So let's fly higher up before he has another go at me.

Landing besides the pit Diaval bends down, and I get off the sadle with a smirk before patting his body.

As the dragon keepers stay far away from him, I soon feel the shit push me towards the ground with his massive snout before flying off again. He's too large to properly fit into the DragonPit, so he made his den in the KingsWood

"Glad to see your back,  my prince." Ser Harrold says as I get off the ground and take my gloves off.

"Well, rather spend my time in the air than on the ground." I state before I finnaly see Syrax fly over and land down.

"Wow, look who showed up. I thought you got lost up there." I say with a grin as Rhaenyra gets down.

"Dohaeras, Syrax!" One of the dragon keepers says, making me roll my eyes as I walk over to her.

"Go, little one." I say with a smile as I put my hand against  her snout, making her purr before leaning into my touch.

"Go Syrax

Walking away from the dragon, I start making my way over to my stallion and mount it before Ser Harrold speaks.

"Welcome back, Princess. I trust your ride was pleasant."

"Try not to look too relieved, ser."  Rhaenyra says as she walks past us towards the carriage where Alicent is waiting.

"Every time that golden beast brings you back unspoiled, it saves my head from a spike." Ser Harrold says, and I give him a shurg.

"Maybe it looked better on one." I say with a grin before galloping away from them.
