Nandini's POV
After the whole brownie fun! I went to the room with maa and mom I knew it was time for manik and others to leave for the doctor! I was scared! After my last night conversation with manik I was trying to behave normal with maa, papa and bhaiyu also! So we were spending this girls time were mom and maa were telling me stories of themselves after marriage!
Like this an 2 hours passes now I was getting more anxious waiting them to return I knew it was time for me to tell them! I was calming myself down when I heard Manik calling my name it was loud but had a comforting feel! Sometimes I genuinely wonder if anyone of us would have initiated a conversation during the times when our families sent us on dates we would have been so close by now!
"Nandini come downstairs now" I heard again
"Coming!" I screamed back and then asked our mothers to come with me too! I knew it was the time to let the whole family know
I ran down the stairs because what walking is anyways I don't know walking down the stairs it is fun jumping down them!
"Araam se (slow down)" I heard Manik's Voice
"Yes yes" I slowed down a little noticing dad staring me I thought I pissed him off!
"Sorry dad I forgot you would be here too" I said meekly
"No No bacha it's okay this is your home too you have every right to jump around here too! When I don't stop my sons from anything why will I stop you" He said! Awww so cute! He is sweet actually I am slowly getting to know the family! But I saw Manik's jaw tightening hearing this his fists were curled he looked angry so I just held his arm trying to calm him a little and it kind off worked because he looked at me and passed a small smile!! "Thank you dad" I replied to him and he nodded
"Paa where were you guys" I asked not knowing how to start the conversation
"Betu we were preparing for the reception" He replied! I nodded numb not knowing what to say now!

"Shut up Manik paa said the truth only" Bhaiyu said shutting him off
