Manik's POV
Both of us were silent it was yet so comfortable her head resting on my shoulder was actually peaceful for me! I wanted to embrace her but I was afraid thinking she wouldn't like me embracing her! She clutched my arm suddenly making me smile! We both sat there till the sunset watching the sunset with her near me was a feeling I can't even describe! Peaceful is a very small adjective to describe my emotions at this point! I felt free with her! I sang with her! After we broke off the group I never sang in any sort of company but I don't know what happened when she sang I couldn't hold back! I sang and it was so calming! Not for once I missed them, nor for once dad's words hit me in the gut while singing! It was just me, her and a little world of ours! We sat there for an hour more maybe it was dark now when I heard her voice
"We should leave now it's late"
"Oh yes lets go and eat something I am starving you must be hungry too right?" I asked and her stomach growled answering on her behalf!
"Definitely" she said hearing the growl
We both sat in our car and left the falls it was a nice ride we had our windows rolled down the fresh air was touching our faces she looked eternally beautiful her long locks flying, the moon glowing against her face, a pretty smile on her face bringing peace to my heart!
"Today was beautiful wasn't it" I said
"It was magical the perfect first date as I said earlier! You have the same passion as me for adventures and travelling and I think we understood each other a lot with this outing and it was a good idea to leave our phones in the back seat otherwise we would have been on our phones the whole time and not how we did now! Even when we were sitting in silence there was a peace! Did you feel it too?" She asked me
"Peace is a small word for what I felt back there nandini it was a undisputed tranquil blissful feeling!" I said and she giggled making me frown
"All these words mean the same Manik" she replied giggling
"You unromantic human shushhh!" I say shushing her
"I sang a song for you and you call me unromantic! Rudieee rudeee Mister!" Oh I say something and she doesn't fight back nahh never happening
