Moe's POV

I woke up in the hospital and I groaned, 'I hate hospitals.' I went to sit up but I was being held down by strong arms. I looked over to see Sasuke holding me possessively and I smiled softly. I flicked his nose, "I'm pretty sure this isn't your room." I told him. He groaned and shrugged, "I just wanted to be with you." he said tiredly. He pulled me closer to him and nuzzeled his face into my neck, "The nurse said we could leave the hospital today." he told me. "How long have we been in here?" I asked. He kissed my neck, "You've been in here for like a week and I've been knocked out for three days." I stiffened, "Why was I out for a week and how did you get knocked out?" I asked. Sasuke stiffened and I could feel hatred rolling off his body, "Itachi... he came after Naruto and I went to fight him. He used his Mangekyou Sharingan on me. That bastard." he muttered angrily. I turned over and hugged him, "I'm sorry Sasuke." I whispered. He just nodded. 

The nurse came in and told us it was fine for us to leave. We changed back into our regular clothes and walked out of the hospital together. We walked in a comfortable silence for a while when it started getting dark, "Do you want to come over?" Sasuke asked. I nodded and walked with him to his house. While walking to his house it looked like Sasuke was in deep thought and I started getting a little nervous. 'What could he be thinking so hard about?' I asked myself. I gave Sasuke's hand a squeeze to make him look at me. He stopped and turned to look at me. I looked up at him worried, "What are you thinking so hard about?" I asked. An emotion flashed through his eyes but left as soon as it came. Was it worry? Guilt? Now I'm really worried, "Sasuke, what's wrong?" I asked. He looked away from me and shook his head, "Nothing Moe." he said coldly. I put my hand on his cheek and made him look at me, "Sasuke if you don't want to tell me, then just say so. Don't lie to me. I know something's bothering you, I can read your emotions like a open book. If you need someone to talk to, I'm always here for you." I told him honestly. 

He sighed and put his forehead on mine, "Moe... I'm leaving for Orochimaru soon. After the incident with Itachi I realized how weak I am. I need to leave to become stronger." he told me. I stared at him bewildered at his comment. He said it like it was casual. I didn't notice that tears were streaming from my face until Sasuke hugged me, "Don't cry Moe. Please." he whispered. I couldn't hug him back, I couldn't say anything. It felt like my heart was shattering inside my body. My voice managed to come back, "So your just going to leave me? What was I to you?" I whispered. He let go of me but held me close to him, "I love you Moe, that will never change. My heart and soul belong to you. I'm leaving Konoha but I'm not leaving Konoha. I want you to come with me. Please Moe." he whispered putting our foreheads together. I looked at him a little shocked, "Won't I be a hindrance to your revenge?" I whispered back. He smiled softly, "I'm not trying to get strong just for revenge, Moe." he told me. I looked up confused, "Then why?" I asked. He gave me a heartstopping smile, "To protect you." he whispered. I felt my heart jump at his words. 

He leant down and made our lips hover, "Well how about it? Will you come with me?" he whispered against my lips. I looked in his eyes to see if he was serious. I was shocked to see that he was telling me the truth. I don't know if I can leave though. I looked back up to Sasuke to see him waiting for my reply. I shook my head, "I need some time to think about it." I told him. He kissed me gently, "I understand. I won't leave until you give me an answer." he told me. I kissed him back. We pulled apart and he looked at me lovingly, "I love you Moe." I kissed the underside of his chin, "I love you too Sasuke." I told him before teleporting to my apartment. 'What should I do?' I asked myself.
