Book 1: The Story of Moe Uzumaki

Chapter 22

Moe's POV

"You need to concentrate Moe. If you don't concentrate the jutsu won't activate." Itachi-san told me. I got up and walked back to the middle of the training room. I grunted and held my hands together, concentrating on the darkness around us. Itachi-san has been helping me work on my dark element. I closed my eyes and felt the shadows come to me. I concentrated and tried to make them form in my hand. I slowly held my hand out and the shadows crawled up to my hand and started spinning around with my chakra. I grunted and pulled my hand back, "Shadow Rasengan." I muttered. It was extemely hard to concentrate on the shadows and if I was distracted for a second the shadows would explode. I lashed my hand forwards at the training dummy and the dummy started spinning extremely fast. I fist pumped, "Hell yeah! Did you see that Itachi-san?" I grinned. He came up to me and patted my head, "Good job Moe. Take a break, we'll practice taijutsu next." he told me. I nodded and walked out of the training room. I walked down the hallway and went to the kitchen. When I walked in I saw everybody chilling and being lazy. After being here for a few weeks I realized that the Akatsuki aren't bad people. They've become the closest thing to a family to me. I walked to the fridge and pulled out a water bottle, "Hey kiddo!" Kisame said while ruffling my hair. I pouted slightly and fixed my hair, "I'm not a kid, Kisa-kun." I muttered. He laughed, "Sure you're not. Oh I think Leader was looking for you." he said. 

I walked to Leaders office and knocked on his door. I opened the door to see him shuffling through piles of papers, "You wanted to see me Leader?" I asked. He looked up and nodded, "Yes, I have another assassination mission for you." he told me. He held out a file to me and I took it. I opened it to see a picture of a man and his information underneath. I nodded and left the office, "Moe-chan! Tobi wants to know where you're going!" Tobi yelled while running at me. He hugged me and I laughed, "I'm going on a mission Tobi. I'll be back later I promise." I told him while ruffing his hair. Tobi nodded and let me go, "Bye Moe-chan! Remember Tobi is a good boy!" he yelled and ran away waving his arms around. I shook my head and went to my room to grab some of my weapons. I grabbed my katana, and put on my new ninja outfit. I had on an ANBU outfit with my Akatsuki cloak over it. Itachi walked in my room and sat on my bed, "Do you have a mission?" he asked. I nodded and turned towards him. Every since I've been here Itachi has been like another older brother to me, he's always worried when I leave for solo missions. 

He walked up to me and I saw his hand twitch. I smiled softly and hugged him, "I'm going to be fine, don't worry." I told him. He hesitantly put his hands up to hug me and sighed, "I don't know how you manage to do it." he told me. I looked up at him, "What do you mean?" I asked slightly confused. He sat down in my chair and I stood next to him, "You pulled out emotions in me that I thought I locked away that night. You're deffinatly special Moe." he said while relaxing in my chair. I grinned and rubbed my head, "It's my specialty." I joked. He chuckled and patted my shoulder, "You should go, Leader will be upset if he finds out you haven't left yet." I nodded and flashed outside the base. 

I ran towards the Hidden Mist Village, the last place the target was seen. I stopped in a village near the Hidden Mist and decided to get a bounty for Kakazu. I pulled out my bingo book and looked at some people's profiles. I kept walking when a guy ran into me, "Hey watch where your walking!" he yelled at me. I turned to look at him and saw him flinch. I smirked behind my mask, "Bounty found." I said to myself. I grabbed his wrist and teleported him outside the village with me, "What the- what do you want?" he yelled. I smirked and pulled out my katana, "You have quite a large bounty on your head." I told him. His eyes went wide as I brought my blade down on him. 

"Here you go Moe." the bounty collector said to me. I took the suitcase and counted all the money. Kakazu-san taught me how to deal with money and I love money as much as him now. I put the last stack back in the suitcase and summoned one of my wolfs, "Take it to Kakazu." I told him. He nodded and ran to the base with the suitcase. I bowed to the bounty collector, "Thank you." I told him. He shook his hand, "It's always a pleasure to see you Moe-chan." he said. I nodded and left the bounty building. I walked the rest of the way to the Hidden Mist Village and walked into a dango shop. I ordered some dango and waited to see if the target would pass by. Fortunately he walked by with some of his gang members. I paid for my dango and started following the gang to an alley. One guy turned around, "Hey are you following us punk?" he asked me. I pulled out my katana and ran at the first guy. I cut his throat and took off my mask. The guys backed up in fear, "A-are you the Akatsuki's assassin?" one asked. I smirked and licked the blood on my katana. They screamed in fear and pain as I killed them one by one. I finally got to the target and he was shaking in fear, "Please spare me! I'll do anything!" he yelled. I chuckled darkly, "Feel pain." I said.

"Good job Moe." Leader said to me. I nodded and left the office. I walked down the hallway to see Tobi be blasted into a wall. He got up and hid behind me, "Moe-chan protect Tobi!" he yelled while holding onto me. I laughed and saw Dei-kun run out of his room, "TOBI!" he yelled. He saw me and pointed at me, "Move Moe! I'm going to blow Tobi sky high!" he yelled. I crossed my arms, "Make me." I challenged. Dei-kun stood in front of me and looked down at me slightly, since he wasn't that tall. We had a mini stare down and he got on his knees, "Please move." he said with puppy eyes. I laughed and moved to the side, "Moe-chan!" Tobi yelled. I smirked, "Sorry Tobi." I shrugged. 

I walked back to the training room to see Itachi and Kisame training. I sat down on the side lines and watched the two fight. It was amazing, the amount of destruction those two could cause without hurting each other. They stopped after a while and I walked up to them, "That was amazing Kisa-kun! You too Itachi-kun!" I said excitedly. Kisame walked up to me and patted my shoulder, "Want me to show you how to be a swordsmen?" he asked me. I looked up at him and nodded, "Yeah!" I yelled. He smirked and lead me to the middle of the training room. "Pull out your sword." he told me. I pulled my katana and held it out. "We need to make it unique. Make it original, something that's like you." he said. 

A few hours later Kisa-kun and I made me a new katana. Now it's black with a black and silver handle. It has a dark element that disinagrates anything it touches other than me. I smirked and slashed it around, "This is the coolest katana ever." I said. Kisa-kun laughed and patted my head, "We still have to work on your swordsmen skills." he told me. I glared at him and fixed my hair, "Yeah, yeah. I'm already good as it is." I told him. He shook his head, "We aren't legendary swordsman cause we're good. We're legendary cause we're the best." he said seriously. I sighed and nodded, "Okay then let's get training." I told him. He grinned and pulled out Samahada. I smirked and ran at him with my katana pulled out.
