Chapter 9

Haku's POV

'What is this immense chakra?' The girl roared and looked at me, her hair growing and claws forming from her fingers. Her eyes went from blue to black with a red slit pupil, "I'm going to kill you!" My body started shaking from the amount of blood lust coming from her. She ran at me with extreme speed, and I threw some senbon at her to stop her.  She jumped out of the way and I sprinted to another mirror. I threw senbon after senbon piercing her, and after a while I stopped. I stood there to see if she would fall but instead she roared and all the senbon flew off of her. I gawked as I watched the wounds on her body close up. 'How is that possible?' I tried to jump back into my mirror when she ran at me and grabbed my wrist. She started yelling and her chakra started breaking my ice mirrors. I put up my hand and tried to keep the jutsu up but she had too much chakra. "Dammit." I muttered as my mirrors shattered on the floor. She pulled back her fist and put a lot of chakra into it, then punched me square in the face. I flew back a bit and stood up shakily, awaiting my death. "I'm sorry Zabuza-san." I whispered. She ran at me, but stopped when my mask fell off my face.

Moe's POV

I stopped when his masked fell off. "Haku?" I asked. He looked down at me, "Why did you stop? I'm the enemy. Aren't you mad that I killed your comrade?" I turned to see Sasuke's lifeless body, and a tear rolled down my face. "Damn you!" I yelled as I punched him in the face over and over. He stood up, "What happened to that power a minute ago? You can't beat me like this Moe." Tears rolled off my face as I walked up to Haku, "Why Haku? Why did you join Zabuza? You could have came with me to Kumogakure." He shook his head, "No Zabuza-san is the only person I work for. To make his dreams come true is my dream. I'm sorry I killed your lover." I blushed, "He isn't my lover Haku." He smirked and gave me a quick hug, "You should give him a chance, Moe. You deserve happiness." I cried a little in his shoulder; Haku was like an older brother to me. He pulled back and took off his necklace, "Here Moe." I shook my head, "No I can't take that Haku." He sighed and put in around my neck, "Try and be happy for me." I nodded and accepted the gift.

Haku stood back and looked at me sadly, "Now please kill me." I looked at him shocked, "Hell no! I won't kill you Haku!" I stepped back. "You took my reason to exsist away, I don't deserve to live for Zabuza-san anymore. Please Moe." I walked to him shakily and pulled out a kunai. I looked up at him with tears in my eyes, "I love you Moe." I cried hard as I slashed out my kunai at him, but he grabed my wrist. "Zabuza-san needs me." He flashed away from me and left me crying on the floor. I heard Kakashi's chidori in the distance and my eyes widened, 'Haku.'  I ran towards Kakashi's chidori noise and saw Haku step in front of Zabuza before it hit him. "I'm sorry Moe." he grabbed Kakashi's hand and held on to him as he died. "Hm, so you were of some use." Zabuza said pulling out his sword. He went to slash through Haku and Kakashi, but Kakashi jumped back and put down Haku gently.

I saw Naruto waking up and ran to him, "Naruto are you okay?" I asked worriedly. He nodded and looked at me, "Moe are you okay?" I shook my head and cried as Naruto pulled me into a hug. I felt him stiffen and I looked at him, "What happened to Sasuke?" I looked over to Sasuke and cried harder, "H-he's dead." I crawled over to Sasuke and pulled him into my lap, "I loved him Naruto. When I got here I hated all of you, but you all grew important to me over time. When Sasuke risked his life for me I realized that I loved him. And now he's gone. I'm so sorry Sasuke." I said softly. I kissed Sasuke's forehead and stood up, "I'm going to go help Kakashi." I told Naruto. He nodded and looked at Sasuke sadly.

I ran over to Kakashi to see a large amount of men with weapons in front of us. "Who are these people Kakashi?" I said monotonely. "Gato's men." I nodded and pulled out a kunai, but Kakashi held his hand out in front of me, "There's no need." I looked into the crowd to see Zabuza killing men one by one. I felt Kakashi side hug me, "I'm sorry Moe." I started crying and clenched my fist. "I'm sorry Sasuke."

Sasuke's POV

I opened my eyes to see darkness everywhere. "Where am I?" I asked aloud. I looked around and saw a faint light. I ran towards it, but before I ran into it completely my body stopped. 'Why won't I move?' Thoughts flowed through my mind, thins that I was about to leave behind. The one that stuck out was of Moe. I smirked and turned towards the darkness, "I'm not about to leave Moe out there." I said running into the darkness.

I heard crying and my heart clenched, 'I don't want her to cry.' I heard Moe say sorry over and over again. My heart jumped when she said she loved me, and I tried to move but my body wasn't responding. I groaned and opened my eyes slightly, "I love you too." I heard a gasp and looked at Moe who was looking at me with wide eyes. "S-sasuke?" she said weakly. I chuckled, "Who else baka?" She pouted and flicked my nose, "I'm not a baka." I smirked and pulled her into a hug, "I missed you, you jerk." She told me, crying into my shoulder. I sighed, "Sorry."

Moe's POV

I was so happy. Sasuke isn't dead, and the mission was a succes. We walked back to Konoha and I went to my aparment. I sighed and went upstairs to take a long shower. Afterwards I went next door and knocked on Naruto's door. He opened it up and grinned, "Hey Moe! What's up?" I smiled, "Want to go see if we're related? We never did check after our teams were made." His eyes lit up as he ran back into his apartment, "Yeah, believe it! Let me get ready!" I laughed and waited outside for him. He came out a couple minutes later and we raced to the Hokage's mansion. 

"I win!" I grinned. Naruto looked at me panting, "That's...not...fair...You tripped me!" he yelled. "I would never!" I gasped sarcastically. He laughed and we walked into the old man's office. "Hey Gramps, we have a question to ask you." He looked up from his paper work and nodded, "What's your question?" Naruto and I looked at each other before looking back at him, "Are we related?" I asked. The old man closed his eyes and after a while he opened them back up, "Actually..."
