Some Years Later.
You manned the bar while watching your hired lady's serve drinks and giggle or slap a stray pirates hand. You had made your mothers once small Tavern quiet populer. Well- With the help of Caption Teauge. Who after your mothers death and his wifes loss, had begun treating you as family. He was usualy distant to anyone but his son and wife, but he would often spend a night or too strunning his guitar away in a corner. Captian Teauges pressance brought many ladies and in turn many pirates. But tonight he was away doing whatever it was he did when he vanished.

Suddently as you were serveing drinks, you looked up to find all the ladies clammering around the door and cooing at something. Then stepping forward from the crowed of women was a pirate, tall, tanned, and smug. The pirate looked directly at you with a proud and knowing expresstion, and you knew this time. It was Jack. You grinned and pulled out His glass while asking. "Usual?" Jack grinned, excited and sleezy as he had become over the years. He took a seat at the bar and the pirates around you quieted, some aware of who he was. Jack took a coin pouch off his belt and placed it on the bar infront if me. He then said. "As always." I handed him his drink then took the pouch while saying. "You've been away for awhile i was starting to think you died." Jack chuckled nervusly as he drank, no dout he might have, or at least almost did. I opened the pouch and saw rocks and crystals, some i knew and some that where new to me.

I smiled and turned, opening a jar of rocks and crystals on the shelf and gently placed the new ones inside it. When Jack dident have any treasure to find and no map, he always ended up back here in my tavern. He would tell his storys and be merry all while I watched him from behind my counter. But no matter what, he always brought me something. Rocks and crystals, Small trinkets, books about the world and the many historys across it. They where all lined along the walls of your home and the tavern. When you turned back around Jack was looking at his compass. Some people said it was broken and some people said it worked when needed. You had tryed to asked him about it many times but ever sence that night at the lagoon he kept its secrets close. Jack grunted and closed it sharply then looked up at you before saying. "What? Somethin on my stach mate?" You shook your head and started strightening the bar some. The night went on and the ladies cooed and swooned over Jack and eventually he began to tell his tales. This time he put particuler nodice on mutiany and getting his ship back. Then once his story was over the real drinking and singing began. And at the end Jack vanished, the ladies cleaned up, And, The pirates stummbled there way out.

Later you sat alone at a tabble and looked around at all the objects Jack had given you sence you can remember. It seemed just yesterday you where stowing away on Captian Teauges ship, looking for adventure and in hopes of following Jacks pirate life. But always you where returned to your mother, Captian Teauge carrieing you by the collar with Jack snickering in toe. You longed for Jack, for his adventures. But you had seen pirates, heard them, been warned by them. You where a tavern man. You would die. Even Jack had begged you to stay once, to be safe. You looked at the bottles of rum lineing the bar wall and sighed. Tempted many times to the drink, but you wouldent. You had promised your mother not to become a drunk and you wouldent. Even if Jack laughed at you for it.
