Sarah's POV

We reached a place somewhere private.

As soon as i spoke that word, my mind fell upside down.

"A-ano nangyari?Bakit?" i asked Ger

"I'm so sorry Sarah!Nakokonsensya na ako!sorry!" humagulgol si Ger ng iyak na pinagtaka namin ni John

"The F*ck Ger?" mejo galit na sabi ni John

Ger wiped his tears and faced us,

"I was depressed nung bigla akong iniwan ng bf ko, kakauwi lang natin non galing New York and so i decided to take a break..pero i thought to myself..that is so unfair kailangan may makaranas rin ng ganitong sakit.." napiyok na ang boses ni Ger

"I'm sorry." at tuluyan na syang umiyak

"Bakit Ger!?Ano ba ang kasalanan namin sayo?Tang*na mo!" sigaw ni John, John held Ger's collar

I just kept crying and i didn't know what to do.

Are they mad at me too?Sa pagiging tanga?

I woke up my senses but my eyes are completely still.

I'm in a place i hate the most, hospitals.

So it was all just a dream?

"Where is she?" a familiar man spoke with concern in his voice

"S-she flew back to NY, she said she would like to take a break for all this sh*ts. She also said if i'm ready i- nevermind." another man spoke, halatang kakatapos nya lang sa iyak.

"A-are you still going to continue your wedding?" tanong ng isang lalaki

"It's her decision."

I felt their stares upon me that sent me some shivers down my spine.

*Knock Knock*

I heared the door opened, it must be the doctor or the nurse.

"So who is the husband?" tanong ng isang babae

"Me." the two men said, huh?

"I mean him, actually he's the soon to be." malungkot na sabi ng isa.

"Oh sorry, my bad." i heared the girl's soft chuckles.

"I'm Dra. Buenavista, i would like to inform you that she's now stable but she needs some rest..is she stressed lately?" tanong nya

"I-i think." sabi ng isang lalaki

"I see, well as of now she shouln't be stressed, all right..any questions?"

"No, thank you."

"Take care." umalis na si doc, so i decided to open my eyes slowly

"Sarah." pumunta ang dalawang lalaki sa sides ng bed.

My visions are blurry kaya hindi ko masyadong makilala agad.

Si John and France pala.

"What happened?" mahina kong tanong

"You fainted." France said, i saw John's face in pain.

"Si Ge-" i was about to say the name of Ger but John caught me off guard.

"Oh forget it Sarah!Niloko nya tayong lahat!"

"Fr-france?" i saw France in the corner of my eye about to leave, iiwan na nya ba ako?

"Please choose Sarah, i don't understand it anymore.." pumatak ang luha ni France "Me or Him?" tinuro nya si John
