"look into your eyes and the sky's the limit"
i tap on peggy's shoulder, motioning her to look at these two boys talking in the distance. her eyes widen at the men, seeing as both are certainly attractive. my sister angelica notices us staring at these people. she walks over to them and i get startled, scared she will say something i don't want her to. i see her curtsy, and they start walking over to me, i look down and fix my dress.
i smile, and greet him. "elizabeth schuyler, it's a pleasure to meet you."
he looks back at angelica with a questioning look, but she whispers something in his ear. and he turns around to face me again. i wanted to continue talking to him, "thank you for all your service."
"if it takes fighting a war for us to meet then it will have been worth it." we both stare at eachother, and angelica's persona switches.
"i'll leave you to it!" she smiles, albeit halfheartedly, but i just return it.
she walks off and we continue talking. i learn that his name is alexander, alexander hamilton.
ONE WEEK LATER
it's a week after we first met at the winter's ball. now i receive a letter from him nightly, it keeps me happy. angelica reads every letter with me, she seems less happy recently, i don't know what was up with her, and i keep trying to talk to her but she just ignores the question.
