Chapter 18 : New Problem

Tuesday

Endie open his eyes and saw himself still lying on Wither's lap. Endie slowly got up and write a note. He need to go back to The End.

'Sorry Wither. I got something to do. I'm not sure when I will come back. Don't worry about me though. I'll be fine.'

Endie put his note on the table infront of Wither. Endie then teleport to The End. When he arrive, he change his clothes to his armour. Endie then walk to The End Palace. There, he can see all The Ender Knight gathering infront of The End Palace. He wondered what's going on.

"Alright Ender Knights. Today, I gather you all for The Ender Dragon. She want to speak with you all."

Endie froze. Did he heard that right? Did Ceris just say that The Ender Dragon want to speak with them? Right on time, The Ender Dragon came. She transform into her human form. She still has her wing and tail. She landed on the balcony where Ceris and Vordus was standing.

"Alright. I know all of you want to know why would I want to speak with you guys. I have some important news. I just found out that one of you guys help The Whenderman kind once or twice. As you all know, me and Ceris despise The Whenderman. If I find out who been helping The Whenderman, you'll be sacrifice to me. Understand!?"

All of The Ender Knight say understood. After that speech, she jump of the balcony and transform back into a dragon and fly away. All The Ender Knight walk away. Endie was about to walk away when Vordus and Ceris call him.

"Endie!" "Yes Your Highness?" "How's the mission? Do you have any plan about capturing them?" "I do." "So?" "I need their full trust for this plan to work. I've only gain half of their trust." "Keep it going." "Yes Your Highness."

Ceris walk away leaving Vordus and Endie alone.

"My little Enderman. Are you sure you don't want to quit?" "I can't. I can never quit. She'll kill me." "I can talk about it with her." "She won't listen My King. Trust me. I've tried. I almost died." "(Sigh) Then, at least stay with me for a while. It's been a long day." "I'll try."

Vordus teleport Endie and himself to his bedroom. Endie still depressed from all the pressure Ceris put on him. Vordus can see it but he doesn't want Endie to be more depressed than he already is.

"My little Enderman. Please. Get some rest. I'll settle everything that included you." "You don't have to do that My King." "But I want to. Get some rest." "Alright."

Vordus then teleport leaving Endie all alone but not for long.

*Knock Knock*

"Hmm?"

Just outside of the window, there our Void Worm, Voidy.

"Voidy!?"

Endie quickly open the window and drag Voidy inside. After that, he close the window.

"What the dragon are you doing here!?" "Relax. I'm just visiting." "You could have been spotted! Why did you come here!?" "As I say. I'm just visiting. I heard you came back so I fly all the way here just to see you." "Are you kidding me!? You can't just fly here! I don't want anything happen to you!"

Endie really worried for Voidy safety. Endie start to pace front and back in Vordus bedroom. He has to find a way on how to bring Voidy back to his own island before anyone found out.

"Calm down. Relax a little can't you?" "I can't relax right now Voidy. I have to find a way for you to go back without getting spotted." "(Groan) I don't want to." "You have to Voidy. This is not your home. It's not safe." "But, you can protect me right?" "Yes I can but it still risky."

While Endie was pacing front and back, Vordus came back.

"I'm b-... back?" "M-my King! Umm... You... you see... Umm... I..." "(Gasp) My old friend!" "Voidy!"

Vordus and Voidy hug each others. Endie is confuse.

"What?" "This is the friend I told you about. The one who have a lot of responsibility." "My King... Care to explain?"

Endie cross his arm. He always does it whenever he got serious.

"W-well..." "I don't want to know anymore. I'm going to sleep." "Wait now!?" "Yes Voidy. Now." "Goodnight then." "Goodnight my little Enderman." "Goodnight you two."

Endie lie down on Vordus's bed and close his eyes. He can still hear Vordus and Voidy talking but he manage to tune it out. He still worried if The Ender Dragon find out it was him who been helping The Whenderman. But for now, he need some rest. Just like Vordus said earlier. Soon enough, he fallen asleep.
