Once Larry found the portal back to Earth he quickly found the best place to hide from The Shadow Demons, the armoury and he placed Sally on the table in the middle of the room while he barracked the door but as he was doing that she started to come around and she just said "what's going on?" Larry quickly turn and rushed back over to her before saying "they got us Sally, well they did have us, The Doctor found us." "Where is he?" She said back in confusion to him. Larry tensed his face before saying "he's still finding the other, he told me to get you out of there." "You just left him in there, on his own." Sally said back to him in complete shock, Larry just said back to that "he didn't give me much choice Sally." "We have to go back from right now." She said back as she shoot up of the table but Larry quickly got in her way and stopped her before saying "no, we can't it's way to dangerous in there, you don't know what I saw in there." Larry said back in a panic, Sally just looked at him intrigue by what he just said. Sally just said to him "what did you see?"
Back with The Doctor he started to see two figures with gun fire into darkness and he just said "Robert, Edward come I need to get you out of here right now." They both quickly turned around and pointed there guns right at him, stopped him and he quickly put both his hands up before saying "okay fellas, we don't have time for this because they are coming for us right now so we need to get out of here." Robert then said "how do we know you're real?" "You're just going to have to trust me here because we really don't have time for this." He said back in a panic. The Doctor then started seeing coming up behind Robert and Edward and it was rapidly getting closer to them, he just tensed his face before saying "okay, guys I need you both to loo behind you right now." Edward quickly said back "we can't trust you, you could be one of them." "Trust me." The Doctor said back to him. Robert just looked at him for a second before he then just turned around and Edward quickly said "sir what are you doing?" Robert instantly saw that they were coming from them and he just said Edward move now!" Edward quickly replied back "sir he could be tricking us." "EDWARD MOVED RIGHT NOW THATS AN ORDER!" Robert shouted back to him, and as he did he instantly started running quickly followed by Edward while The Doctor just looked at this oncoming horde of Shadow Demons and he just smiled before saying with excitement "that's awesome." But then a second lasted he spirited off after Robert and Edward.
The Shadow Demons quickly started gaining ground on them but at this time they spotted any exit back to Earth and as they got closer to the portal Edward quickly stop and started firing at The Shadow Demons BANG! BANG! BANG! And as that happed both The Doctor and Robert still just outside the portal and Robert quickly said "Edward what the hell are you doing?" Edward said as he carried on firing "I can buy you two some more time, I'll take out as many of them as I can sir." The Doctor quickly said "no I'm not leaving you here, it's a death sentence." "I'm not giving you any choice here, I'm staying now go before they get here." Edward said back, Robert then just said "it's been a honour serving with you Private." "You too sir." Edward said back. The Doctor then instantly try reaching him but trying to sprint to him but Robert quickly stopped him and shoved him thought the portal and he quickly joined him.
Once they were both back on Earth. The Doctor quickly got up to his feet and went running back toward the portal but Robert quickly grabbed him and held him back as The Doctor said in anger "what are you doing, your basically killing him, we can't just leave him there." Robert said as he pushed The Doctor away from the portal "it's what he wanted to do, it was his choice and he chose to sacrifice himself so we could go on." He just looked at him with complete Ranger filling his face and before he could say anything they both heard a massive scream "ARAHHHHHHH!" The Doctor just tensed his face and walked right up to Robert and said "his blood is on your hands, don't you forget that." After that he then walked off to go and find Sally and Larry with Robert closely behind.
Back with Sally and Larry he was just about to tell her what he saw in the other dimension when all of a sudden they both heard The Doctor voice "Sally, Larry I'm back where are you?" When she heard his voice her whole face lit up with relief and she and Larry quickly rushed over to the door of the armoury and started moving the stuff away from the door as she said "where in here Doctor." And once everything was removed she quickly opened the door and ran into his arms and gave him a hug while saying "I thought I might of lost you." He smiled and said "come on Sally, I'm not going anywhere ever, you don't have to worry about me." Once they finished hugging Larry said "where Edward?" The Doctor then just looked at Robert with so much anger in his face and just said "why don't you ask Robert Larry and Sally just looked at him as he said "he's gone, he sacrificed himself to save us." Larry then just look completely disheartened once he said that. After that The Doctor walked inside the armoury and said as he touch Larry on the shoulder "I know it hurts Larry, we didn't get the chance to get to know him but, I'm going to say this right now, no one else is dying today." Robert quickly said "you can promise that, these things have taken and killed everybody so, how are you going to stop them?" The Doctor then walked up to him and said "I'm The Doctor that's how I'm going to stop them." Sally smiled before saying "how are we going to stop them we don't even know who they are." The Doctor just looked at her and smiled, she then said as she walked inside the armoury "I know that smile, you know something." He then said "these creatures are call Shadow Demons and they come from a different dimension to ours and they're using our fears to kill us." Sally said back to that "so they're like The Remnats?" The Doctor quickly said back "yeah a little bit but unlike them, they're useing it to paralyse us before they kill us." Sally said back to that "why? What do they want with us?" The Doctor quickly said "that's a very good question, when I asked them, they said after they've got everyone they will take everything into darkness and I don't know what that means unless...oh wait, it's bigger than what I thought, this is massive acutely." Larry then said "do you fancy tell us what it is you've figured out?" The Doctor just said back to that "the portal that has appeared all over these trenches and I don't think it's on purpose. I think these portals to this dimension open up at different point though out the universe and these Shadow Demons consume the lifeforms on the planets and then that dimension consumes the planet and take it into darkness."
