{HyunLix} - you have a panic attack and they comfort you (requested)

You heard your boyfriends laughing as they walked through the front door.

The sound would usually fill your heart with joy and bring a bright smile to your face before you'd get up and run to them for the biggest hug but today, you feel anything but happy.

You're upstairs in the bedroom that the three of you share, curled up on the floor with your knees up to your chest as your palms sweat and you struggle to breathe.

You don't know what happened exactly.

Everything was fine.

You had been having a good day.

But then, your mind wandered and you threw yourself into a panic attack and now everything feels as though it's falling apart and you have no control.

You heard them calling out for you followed by their footsteps on the stairs but you couldn't yell back to them.

You couldn't do anything as you sat there on the floor, wishing that it would stop and everything would be okay again.

"Y/N? Are you in here?" Felix asked.

"Y/N< we're home-" Hyunjin started to speak.

But then they appeared in the doorway and their hearts dropped at the sight.

"Y/N," Hyunjin worriedly said as he and Felix hurried to your side.

"Baby, what's going on?" Felix asked as he put his hand on your shoulder.

"I can't breathe." You spoke as you continued to panic. "I can't do this, I can't."

"Shh," Hyunjin said as he put his hand on your back and started to rub it comfortingly. "It's okay. We're here for you."

"Breathe," Felix said softly. "You're alright, it's alright."

You shook your head quickly, only for them to continue to comfort you.

"We're right here with you. Focus on us, baby." Hyunjin said softly.

You were trembling as they both held you and comforted you.

Your hands tingled, your heart was pounding, and you just couldn't breathe.

"You're doing good. Just keep focusing on us. We're here, right here." Felix said as his lips brushed across your damp forehead.

"Breathe with us," Hyunjin said as he and Felix started to take deep breaths.

At first, it was impossible for you to follow them.

You couldn't get a breath of air into your tight lungs.

You gasped and felt like there was no oxygen to breathe in.

But with their voices, their touches, and them just being there with you, you finally got a little air into your lungs.

"Good girl. You're doing good." Hyunjin said.

"We're so proud of you," Felix spoke as he let you squeeze his hand as tight as you needed.

Hyunjin kept rubbing your back and slowly but surely, the weight on your shoulders and your chest started to lift.

"Good job," Hyunjin said with a small smile.

"Stay with me. Please keep staying here with me." You spoke shakily.

"We are. We're here. We're not going anywhere." Felix promised.

"Just keep breathing, keep calming down. You're going to be alright. Keep focusing on us. We're here and we love you very much." Hyunjin said as you closed your eyes and continued to focus on him.

It took a few more minutes but, eventually, you were able to breathe again.

Your heart was still racing slightly but it was returning to it's normal and steady rate again.

Hyunjin and Felix just stayed there for a couple of minutes, not really saying all that much because they knew you needed a moment.

Them just being there was enough as you started to come around and feel like yourself again.

But the silence broke when your eyes opened and you looked at them.

"Are you alright?" Felix worriedly asked. "Feel better?"

"I think so." You mumbled. "I'm so sorry. I know that's not what you needed to come home to after a long day."

"Don't talk that way, baby. You know we're here for you no matter what." Hyunjin said.

"You needed us. You always come first." Felix said as he kissed your cheek and Hyunjin leaned in to kiss your other one.

"What happened, baby? Did something cause your panic attack or did it just hit you?"

"It just came out of nowhere. I don't know what happened. I was happy, I was having a great day. I was waiting for you to get home and then it just came on so suddenly and I couldn't do anything. I couldn't breathe and I felt as though I was out of control. I was scared."

"Shh," Felix whispered as you started to breathe funny again. "Don't work yourself up again. It's okay, we understand."

"You don't need to be scared. We're here now." Hyunjin said as he brushed a strand of hair behind your ear. "You're safe."

"What can we do to make you feel better? Do you need anything?" Felix asked as he kissed your shoulder.

"I'm okay. I have you two here now and that's all I need." You said and watched them both smile happily.

"Come on. Let's get into bed." Hyunjin said.

"We'll cuddle." Felix smiled.

"And we won't let you go," Hyunjin spoke.

You climbed into bed and they both laid down next to you before wrapping you in their arms.

"You have nothing to worry about now, okay? Your boys are home with you and we're going to take great care of you." Felix promised.

"We love you so much." Hyunjin smiled.

"I love you both even more." You said as you looked at them.

And they just chuckled as they shook their heads with big smiles.

"That's impossible," Felix said.

"Because, darling, we love you the most." Hyunjin smiled and you just grinned as you snuggled up to them a little more, knowing that they were all you'd ever need.
