The Truth And Shopping With Jason.

Lilly's POV

The clothes that Liz got me were comfortable and loose fitting so they wouldn't put pressure on my legs. They consisted of black jogging bottoms, a blue t shirt and a black superdry jumper. The jumper was massive on me. At first, I thought it was Mr Hunts but then I looked at the label, I saw it said Jason's name on it.

I smiled at that.

I limped over to the crutches that were leaning against a chair by the wall and grabbed them. Jason peered his head round the door.

"Ready to go?" He asked opening the door further.

"Yeah, thanks for doing this Jason. It means a lot." I replied,smiling.

"Your welcome Lilly. It's the least I could do for everything that's happened." He paused. "And I don't mean your Father."

"What do you mean?" I asked, confused.

He sighed. "Sit down so you don't put too much strain on your legs." He instructed.

I did what he said. He pulled the chair that was in the corner and sat in front of me.

"I mean the whole thing with Shelly. I didn't help, I didn't stop it and I'm sorry." He told me, guilt in his eyes.

"It wasn't your fault. It's Shelly being Shelly. No one can stop that." I reassured him.

"That's not it though. Shelly threatened you, used you, to blackmail me and I gave in." He added, looking down at the floor.

I put two fingers under his chin and lifted his head up so he was looking at me.

"As I said, it wasn't your fault. None of it was, okay?"

He sighed and ran his hand through his hair.

"Ok." He replied, smiling.

"Let's go and get me some clothes then."

Twenty minutes later we were wondering around the huge shopping centre in the middle of our town. This place was a huge maze of clothes shops, shoe shops, game shops, book shops, food stores and many more shops people spend their money on.

After two hours of clothes shopping and a stop at Subway, we made our way back to the hospital to where Liz would be taking me to the care home.

I didn't care where I went now as long as, in a couple of weeks,I would be staying with Jason and his family.
