Kirasaya chapter

*****

Kirari awoke to the soft rays of sunlight filtering through the curtains, casting a gentle glow upon their shared bed.

She couldn't help but smile as she looked at the beautiful sight beside her. Sayaka was sleeping soundly, her chest rising and falling rhythmically with each breath.

As Kirari admired her wife's serene expression, a playful thought crossed her mind. Sayaka's sleeping form, cuddled so close to her for warmth during the night, reminded her of a creature from the human world – a cat.

A kitten to be exact, given her wife's adorable nature, small stature and occasional soft purrs when cuddling with her.

With a soft chuckle, Kirari couldn't help but marvel at the endearing comparison.

Gently tracing her fingers through Sayaka's hair, she whispered softly to her, "My dearest kitten, always seeking warmth in my embrace."

Kirari knew that her wife had a tendency to gravitate towards her for comfort, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Sayaka, even in her sleep, seemed to respond to Kirari's touch, nuzzling closer to her. Kirari wrapped her arms around her beloved, pulling her closer and placing a tender kiss on the top of her head.

In those quiet moments, Kirari found solace and happiness in the simple pleasure of being close to the one she loved more than anything in the world.

Their intertwined fingers, the gentle rise and fall of their chests, and the warmth they shared were a testament to their unbreakable bond.

Kirari couldn't help but think that, just like a contented kitten, Sayaka had found her perfect place of comfort and safety – in Kirari's loving arms.

It instilled a sense of possessiveness in her, knowing that this unique "kitten" belonged to her and her alone.

Lying there in comfortable silence, Kirari relished the intimacy of the early morning. The room was filled with a tranquil stillness, before being broke the rustle of bedsheets, indicating that Sayaka was awake.

The Vampire Countess finally broke the silence, her voice a gentle whisper that sliced through the quietude. "Kirari, how do you think Ririka and Yumeko are doing?"

As Sayaka's words hung in the air, Kirari shifted her attention, turning her gaze toward her wife.

"Well good morning to you too," she chuckled as Sayaka retuned her greeting. "Don't tell me you were thinking of that the whole night."

"I'm just worried," Sayaka said as she moved up to lay her head on Kirari's shoulder.

The affectionate smile on her lips remained as she replied, "I'm sure they're doing just fine, my love. Ririka has always had a way of taking care of herself, and with Yumeko by her side, they make quite the team."

"I'm just worried about what Ririka would do if she fell in love with Mary. How that would affect the mission," Sayaka sighed, smiling as Kirari gave her comforting strokes on her back.

"It's alright, my dearest sister knows what comes first. And if she does find herself in a dilemma, Yumeko will keep her in check. And if that doesn't work, I can send your sister."

Sayaka frowned. "Is that also a way to ensure she doesn't take away our tea time whenever she comes over to visit?"

"You saw right through me," Kirari chuckled as she pat Sayaka on the head tenderly. "As always."

"I'm starting to feel like you're beginning to treat me like a cat," Sayaka observed. "You set up cushions and blankets beside a newly constructed fireplace in your office and put a sign with my name there. You're buying balls of yarn—yarn! I don't play with yarn!"

Kirari's laughter filled the room, a melodious sound that danced in the air.

She continued to pat Sayaka's head, her fingers gentle and affectionate. "Well, my dear, you've discovered my secret. Perhaps I should start calling you my precious little kitten in public."

There was a teasing glint in Kirari's eyes, but her voice carried genuine warmth and adoration.

She leaned down to press a soft kiss to Sayaka's forehead, her affectionate gesture meant to reassure her. "But don't worry, my love, I'll make sure the yarn is put to good use."

She smirked as Sayaka responded with a confused look.

The mischievous twinkle in Kirari's eyes deepened as she leaned in closer to Sayaka's ear, her voice a sultry whisper, "The best use, my dear, is weaving a tapestry of our desires together, one thread of passion at a time."

"What...what are you g-getting about?" Sayaka stammered as Kirari drew even closer.

With a seductive smirk, Kirari replied, "I'll show you just how creative we can get with that yarn, my love. It's going to be a thrilling exploration of pleasure and intimacy."

And that was all it took for Sayaka to short-circuit and pass out.

Kirari burst into laughter as she kissed the tip do her wife's nose.

"Really, all these years and you still can't handle this kind of talk," she mused. "No need to worry, darling. I have plenty of ideas. You won't be able to even move when I'm done carrying them out. I'll have you 'meowing' and begging on your knees in no time, just like the good little kitten you are, hm?"

After a peaceful morning spent getting out of bed, with some...teasing, and ready for the day, Kirari and Sayaka ventured to their beloved secret garden. The lily garden was their cherished haven, a sanctuary where they could retreat from the world's demands and savor each other's company.

In the soft, early morning light, they strolled hand in hand along the garden's winding pathways. The air was filled with the delicate scent of lilies and special lily species that Kirari had lovingly cultivated over the years. It was a serene oasis, hidden away from prying eyes, where they could simply be themselves.

As they explored, the leaves rustled overhead, and birds serenaded them from the branches, creating a tranquil backdrop to their private rendezvous. Kirari's touch was a gentle caress, a testament to the affection they shared.

The Vampire Queen watched with love as her wife held her hand and gestured at the beautiful flowers that had blossomed on the majestic trees.

"It's beautiful," Sayaka marveled.

"I think the yarn is better," Kirari chuckled, smirking as Sayaka glared at her, her face turning red.

"You just can't let that go, can you?"

"Well, until I'm done completing my task, I'll continue to mention it," Kirari said, winking. "And may I remind you that it's just the beginning, I have plenty more tricks up my sleeve."

Sayaka's face turned a deeper shade of red, making Kirari marvel at how many different shades of colour her wife's face could have.

"I'll get you back for this," Sayaka mumbled as Kirari pulled her close.

"Hm, I'm counting on it."
