"Hrmmm..... Bah! None of these are gonna work! They don't represent me as a whole!" Kris shouted as he crumpled up the piece of paper he was scribbling on before shoving it aside. He clutched his head before planting his face on the table surface, creating a loud thud. "It's all pointless!" He continued.

"Is something bothering you, Kris?" Ozpin asked, sitting down at his own desk, not making eye contact with his son. Then again, neither was Kris as he still kept his face planted against the table which muffled his voice. "I'm trying to come up with my very own emblem but none of these are doing it!", the boy answered, and the professor asked him if he can see the one's he's drawn.

Kris stood up from the couch and walks over to Ozpin before handing him the sketches.

"Well... These are certainly, colorful" Ozpin commented. Kris agrees, though it can't be helped, but that's the issue. The boy explains to his father that he wants an emblem that represents him and all his Combos, despite not having use some of them yet.

But... something else caught the eyes of the professor. It was another one of OOO's emblems, but purple in color. He looked back at his son with a concerned face as he asked, "Kris, isn't this the emblem of that purple form?", to which the boy nodded.

"I know I can't just get rid of it. I have to find some way to overcome it... If I just simply push it aside, then that'll only mean my fear has gotten a hold of me", he explained to Ozpin.

" I understand. I'm... still sorry that had to happened, Kris. I figured you would've thrown away those purple medals" Ozpin apologize but his son told him not to, saying that it is his choice to keep them. "Then if you'll excuse me, I'll just be on my way. Father, do you know where Team RWBY's dorm is?" Kris asked, but instead of being met with an answer, Ozpin instead brought up the fact that his son has been getting along with them, especially Ruby and her sister, Yang.

"Well of course, they were my first friends here. And they're the ones I'm comfortable with the most. Not that I'm saying I'm not fond of the others, it's just-"

To avoid Kris from rambling on, Ozpin raised a hand up to silence him before telling him he understands. "I just find it amusing that you failed to notice the other member of their team who seems to be very fond of you", the professor mentioned.

"Wait, really? Who?"

"You'll have to figure that one out yourself too"

Kris' eyebrows dropped, staring at his foster father with a blank expression. "Whatever... I'll be on my way then", the boy turned on his heels before heading to the door. That was when he was asked by the professor once more.

"Aren't you going to ask where their dorm is?"

"And have you tell me to find it myself? No thanks..." Kris replied before exiting Ozpin's office. Once outside, the boy sighed before he looked around the empty hallways. "Guess I should get going now..." Kris thought to himself before heading off to the dormitory.
