Walinda and the Baby Walrus.
I'm sorry, but it feels like these characters should've appeared more. They just disappeared and so I can't help but hate that.
And I just hate how flat these two characters are.
Walinda does have some personality, but the baby doesn't feel as personified as they should be. And Walinda still feels flat as a character.
She just feels like a love interest with no purpose other than to explain why Wally was gone for so long.
And I hate that the most. So therefore they're not my favorite characters. They're just there to exist. At least the merpups existed for reasons! These two just feel like they exist to say: "hey look! More walruses! Watch our show!"
And yeah they're cool, but they don't really add much besides more sidekicks who are going to be forgotten. Yeah they're cute, but that's all they are right now and I hate that they don't have any sort of relevance.
Plus they haven't shown up in seasons. Guess that shows how it works: More pups are better for the show than these walruses anyways.
But I would still love to see them shine more. Unfortunately they're as boring as Daring Danny X without the Daring X part and that's just not good when you've got a sea full of characters that outshine two walruses who could've been just as cool and neat to have as characters as someone like Moby.
Unfortunately I guess we'll never see that because PAW Patrol is only bothering to add characters instead of fleshing out some of the ones who actually need it. Though we are getting fleshed out main characters. At least that's a start. Now flesh out these two walruses because honestly they're forgettable and I hate that.
