when i started writing this book, i was in a very VERY dark place. (obvi) i have none of the mental illnesses atari has, but i do have depression, anxiety, & ADHD.. unfortunately😃 for anyone that does have these mental illnesses atari struggles with, i am so sorry. in no way am i glamorizing these mental illnesses, that was never my intention! this book was just something to get me out of a dark place in my head, and over time things got better for me. if any of my readers suffer from a mental illness, you are not alone. please don't give up, i'm not gonna say life is gonna get easier but there are millions of reasons to keep living!
