After Todoroki told Izuku that Uraraka was helping Momo get ready, Katsuki couldn't help but notice the way Izuku's face lit up with excitement. It was clear to Katsuki that Izuku had feelings for Uraraka, and the thought of them spending time together made him feel uneasy.

Katsuki shot Izuku a quick glance, noticing the way his eyes were focused on the staircase leading up to Momo's room. With a scowl on his face, Katsuki leaned in closer to Izuku.

"Hey, don't get any ideas," he said in a low voice. "Remember, we're supposed to be fake dating."

Izuku looked up at Katsuki, surprised by the sudden change in his tone. "I know that, Kacchan. I'm just going to say hello to Uraraka. It's not a big deal."

Katsuki snorted, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, right. Just don't forget why we're here. We have a job to do, and I don't want you messing it up."

Izuku frowned, feeling hurt by Katsuki's words. He knew that their fake dating scheme was important, but he didn't appreciate being talked down to like a child. Taking a deep breath, he decided to let it go for the time being.

Izuku and Katsuki found themselves unable to locate Uraraka. They had split up to mingle with the other guests, but now that they were trying to regroup, they couldn't seem to find her anywhere.

Izuku furrowed his brows, scanning the crowd for any sign of her. "Where could she have gone?" he muttered to himself.

Katsuki rolled his eyes. "How the hell should I know? She's probably off doing her own thing."

Izuku and Katsuki took a seat at one of the tables in the reception hall. Katsuki looked around the room, observing the other guests, while Izuku fidgeted nervously in his seat.

After a few minutes, Izuku stood up abruptly, causing Katsuki to look up at him in surprise.

"I need to go find Uraraka," Izuku said, his voice tinged with urgency.

Katsuki raised an eyebrow. "Why?"

"I just want to say hi and see how she's doing," Izuku replied quickly.

Katsuki narrowed his eyes suspiciously, but didn't say anything. Instead, he watched as Izuku hurried off, weaving through the crowd of people in search of Uraraka.

As Izuku disappeared into the sea of guests, Katsuki leaned back in his chair and let out a deep sigh. He couldn't shake off the feeling of unease that had settled in his gut. Something about this whole situation felt off.

But he pushed those thoughts aside and tried to focus on the task at hand. He needed to keep up the charade of their fake relationship until the end of the night, no matter how uncomfortable it made him.

...

Izuku searched the reception hall, but he couldn't find Uraraka anywhere. He asked a few guests if they had seen her, but no one knew where she was.

Feeling a knot forming in his stomach, Izuku decided to check upstairs. As he walked up the stairs, he heard soft sobs coming from one of the rooms.

He hesitated for a moment, not wanting to intrude on someone's private moment, but the sound of the crying became more urgent, and he knew he had to investigate.
