Soon the message was sent out that everyone has to assemble in the lawns area of the factory at the end of the day shift and start of evening shift.
Factory workers were all reaching out to Karan expecting to give some update. Karan could feel that some big change was coming their way. Even Reena was busy with the arrangements for Miss Mahajan and ask Karan to wait, when he reached out to her.
At 5 PM as all the factory workers assembled in the lawns, Monami Mahajan came out and took stand Centre stage. Workers were all surprised to see her. With her fair skin tone, slight accent in words, suited attire and a stern body language, she seemed fairly out of place amidst the poor factory workers.

"Mera naam Monami Mahajan hai. Mere pitaji, Mr Deepak Mahajan, Unki health may Kucch pareshani hone ke Kaaran ab is factory Ki zimmedari main uthaungi. Maine pichhle kai Mahino se iss factory, iske Kaam ko study kiya Hai. Hamara Kaam Karne Ka tareeka Purana hai Aur iske alawa aur Kuch reasons ki wajah se ye company losses yaani ghaate mein hai. Isko theek karne ke liye aane wale hafton mein main kuch changes yaani badlaav karungi, kuch cheezein behtar karungi, taaki ye factory band karne ki naubat naa aaye. Ummeed hai aap sab mera saath denge."
"Kaise badlaav?" Karan's loud voice rang in the air. "Apeksha to Humein bhi hai ki aap ke badlaav mazdoor logon ke hit mein to Ho hi, saath hi har badlaav ki paryapt charcha aur vichar vimarsh ho"
Monami was confused at some words and looked at Randhawa who was quick to explain "M'am uska matlab hai har change par discussion ho, mazdooron ke saath"
Monami gave a hard stare to Karan. Karan smiled. Monami could sense he did this deliberately.
"Jiska Jo kaam hai wo karega. Main decisions loongi, workers uspe work karenge. Strictly. Aap Karan Shergil hain na. Aap ye decisions sab workers ki samjha denge. Aur apna aur workers are focus kaam pe lagayenge. Khaas kar ke shift timing mein bahar na ghoom kar, kaam karenge"
Karan sighed. So she knew him and remembered him from earlier in the day. He didn't like her. This was not going to be pleasant. She seems to have no clue what she's doing. She doesn't fit in here.
" Dekhte Hain, Mam" Karan said this, sounding uninterested.
Monami looked at other workers . " Mujhe Vishwas Hai Ki Aap Sab Mera Saath Denge"
" Ji Maalkin" The workers replied in chorus. Monami smiled and gave a look to Karan.
