Mark groans loudly as he runs his hand through his hair while staring at his bank account to see that it's invalid. Frustration and upset filled him as his father requested money, and tears threatened to spill over. "I can't let you have my money right now because I am having trouble with it." He told his father, who shrugged his shoulders. "What do you mean by that? Did you get hacked?'' he questioned as he stared at him with an opened mouth, but nothing came out. "I don't know, Dad." He responds. His father narrowed his eyes at him. "Then you better figure that out because I need that money." He told him as Mark just sighed and shook his head." And If I don't?" His father overlook at him from the door.

"Then you know better to keep me waiting." He slammed the door shut behind him. Mark leaned back into his chair and let the tears escaped his eyes and sobbed left his lips. He's prioritizing money over a stable job that can keep up with the house expenses." Mark opened his bank account again and try to login. He couldn't. "Or you could always stand up for yourself against him." Mark turned around to see Jack. Mark scoffed. "You know what he does if I do that," he said. Jack shrugged his shoulders and leaned against the wall behind him, '' And do I care?'' He asked before he grins. "Nope! I don't. "Mark shook his head in disbelieving by him.

Mark squint his eyes at him as Jack come into his room. " Besides isn't like Dad would know that I am in here." He said, looking at her and he sighed. " You don't know that and Dad always said that he has eyes everywhere." He raised eyebrow at him. " You may be the oldest out of us, but I highly doubt that Dad does have eyes everywhere if he did then that's creepy." He have an view of him from the bed. " All he cares about money and how he gets from one of us." he spat.

~ Mark POV~

" Maybe he does. But he doesn't mean he cares for us." Jack expression with a serious looked on his face. " You could be right about that, yet I highly believe it." I turned my back to stared at my composure. " Wouldn't be bad that it wasn't Dad doing this, but it could be using it for something helpful." I glanced at him and grumbles. " I don't know, it may looked like that to Molly and Jack, but to me is different." Jack raised an eyebrow at him, " What is that?" He questioned. " Because he doesn't have any regret when he does this to me. I don't see the regret or an sorrowful in those eyes." I answered. Jack frown and sit upright on the bed, " You know it's been a different since Mom died and Dad haven't been the same when she passed away from Cancer." He spoke softly before he looked away and I sighed. " Mom would stand up towards him about this because you wouldn't treat your kids like money makers." I mumbled as I shut down my laptop. " And Polly, and Molly wouldn't understand the pain and tough challenges that we've made."

" You mean the things we did when he was sleeping on the couch, nor them would know about them." I nodded in a agreement. Jack stretches before he walked to the door with a small smile on his lips. " I'll see you later." He said, leaving the room and I leaned back in the chair then landed on a photo of him and his mother smiling and hugging each other. I did put that photo on my desk to always remember her. Molly looked just like her which is scary at the same time, yet I felt the familiar comfort coming from her. I got up and went to check out of my window to see Molly and Polly playing outside. Some things have changed over the months that we've been here and it's the first day of Autumn.

I remember the times when Mom loved watching the leaves fall from the trees. I looked over at the box that still have Mom's stuff and another things when Malia and I were together. " Mark.." I heard a small voice behind me as I turned around to face Polly. " You need something? Sis." I asked as she rubbed her arm and bitten her bottom lip. " I'm afraid.." She muttered as I come closer to her. " Why?" She looked up at him with teary eyes and I pulled her into a hug. " I'm afraid of losing the memory of Mom...A-and I hardly remember her voice that is slowly faded away." She manger to spoke up about it. " You're not gonna lose the memory of her or even the voice." I tell her, while she looked up at me then a sniffled left her mouth. " How can you be so sure?"

" I am just sure about it, and we won't let you forget about her either."

" You promise?"

" Yes, I promise you with my heart."

" Okay!"

Molly peek inside the room and sees how Mark is comforting Polly, as she took a deep breath and walked away. She makes her way back to her room which she gently shuts the door behind her. She fall back to her bed and let the tears fall from her eyes when she cover her mouth to hide her sobs that are escaping her lips. " Molly, you alright?" She heard Jack's voice come through the door as her eyes widen in fear. " Y-yea, I'm f-fine." She stuttered out. She hides her face into her arms when she heard the door creaking open and knew that It's Jack. " I don't think so. Wanna talk about it?" She looked over her shoulder and shook her head, no. He come over to her bed and sits down. " Is this about Mom or Dean?"

" Why doesn't it matter?"

" It matters to me why your heart is broken and letting those tears fall from your eyes."

" ...."

" So which one?"

" It's about Dean.."

He nodded and rubbed her back, and she looked forward at the wall. " Listen to your heart about what's happening." He looked down at her with a smiled on his face. " How can I listen to my heart? It keeps on telling me different things of how I feel about him." She blurt out as he raised an eyebrow at her: " I think there's more into that then you think." She groans and turned onto her left side. " What's that supposed to mean?"

" I mean that-when your heart and brain are telling you different things, but you can't figure out which one you should listen during those feelings." he explained as she sighed softly before she closed her eyes for a moment. " It is hard to tell people how I feel about him with her.." She said with bitterness. " That you mean Freya?" She nodded as she sat up and leaned against the wall. " yea, she's just gonna use him like a fuck toy." He given her a look as she scoffed. " I'm not jealous or even like that fool." He smiled little more and slightly shook his head, " I think you are. " he teased.

" No, I'm not."

" Why do you say that?"

" because whoever will like me in that way."

" The right person would."

Molly stayed quiet and looked at the journal that she's recently started to write in. " I fell by the wayside, like everyone else." She said softly before she took another breath. " I hate him, I hate him, I hate him but I was just kidding myself." He got concerned about her now. " Our every moment, I start to replace cause now that they're all gone." She started to sing with her eyes begins to have tears show up. " All I hear are the words that I needed to say.." jack felt this pain before in his love life. " When you hurt under the surface like trouble water running cold." He sang with her as she looked up at him shocked. " Well, time can heal, but this won't..." She watched his expression turned into a hurt one. " So, before you go was there something I could've said to make your heart beat better?'' Molly sit upright more and leaned against the wall.

Jack and molly continued to sing in her room with Mark could hear them and understand the feeling of heart ache-so well.
