Third Person's POV,
Yuki followed Bakugou's movement with her gaze quite persistent. At first, she was only able to dodge some of his attacks, yeah she ended up covered in soots again, but the good thing is she was starting to feel her concentration coming back. His once hard to follow movement slowed down a bit when she locked her eyes on them.
Though she can hardly stopped his movements - her stamina and physical capabilities can't keep up with the speed information she was receiving and probably because the birds' strength - which she had trained her quirk with is way weaker than a human's prowess that's why she is having a hard time stopping his movements, though little by little she can see some openings Bakugou unconsciously let out.
When she saw one again, she didn't let the chance go and strike. Since she doesn't really need to use her hands for her quirk to activate, Yuki tried tricking the blonde she deactivated her quirk in a single second. She have to give it up, to secure that opening.
She lifted her hands, focus on making it seem like she was going to make his hands freeze in the air when she was actually baiting him to move closer to her. She knew Bakugou was confident he could outdo her that's why she had to make him believe it really was the case.
Bakugou who didn't see it coming, took off from the ground making curved lines in the air to avoid her hands that were continuously tailing on his movements. He speed off and surely was in front of her when she closed her eyes much to the former's surprise. He blasted again another explosion to the ground to propel him up when she lifted her hands towards his body and successfully landed on the ground in her back. He smirked and planned to explode her back with his quirk when for a second he wasn't able to moved his hands.
His limbs were frozen in place, it rendered them and his quirk useless. Bewildered, he turned his head towards her direction. Yuki slowly rotated herself and came face to face to the baffled Bakugou, she squatted a bit and glanced at his hands though the hothead made a grunting sounds, obviously pissed off by the situation he was thrown in. " It's true, they freezed in place." She thought astounded as she straightened herself up. "I told you not to regret it, Katsuki-kun." She said enjoying the frustrated look in his face.
Bakugou was so annoyed by her taunting, yet, his focus soon shifted to her face.
"Shut it and dactivate that damn quirk off yours now, Extra. You're fucking bleeding." He flinched when he felt the pain in his neck, more so, when he witnessed blood gushing out of Yuki's nose.
Yuki did not feel anything wrong with her body at all, but she decided to touch the bottom of her nose and felt the area dampen. She deactivated her quirk and Bakugou stretched his dead arms and stomped his feet a little trying to awaken his limbs.
She reached her pockets for a handkerchief but remove her hands off them when she found none. Sighing, she grasped for the collar of her shirt, attempting to use it as an alternative when Bakugou reached out for his in his pocket and threw it at her face.
"Use this." He grunted before turning his back. He's going to get his bottle from the bag he left in the side awhile ago.
After a few minutes of silence, Yuki decided to lift the atmosphere. "I'll give it back to you after I washed it." She said grateful for his kindness.
"Nah, throw it away after you used it."
She was really grateful for his supposed to be attempt to consideration but his freaking nonsensical attitude decided to show up again and ruin it, now what was only left now from her gratefulness is pure annoyance. "Hey, Katsuki-kun if you-"
"Next time." He started. "Huh?"
"Next time, I won't lose." He declared as he rose from his seat and faced her, his eyes filled with sincerity and passion, she smiled. "It was just luck, I guess." She uttered rubbing the back of her head from shyness as she closes the distance a bit because they stood up from like two sides apart.
"Bet it is, you couldn't even possibly get to scratch me if it weren't for that luck." He smirked. Although annoyed at his conceit, she just laughed it off to which confused the former because if it were somebody else they would be glaring at him already, telling him how arrogant he could be.
'That was fast.' Yuki thought at the immediate recovery of the hothead but she let out a sincere smile. 'Yeah, like how can I possibly beat a determined and passionate person.' She thought but let out a devious smirk when she thought of something.
"Yeah, says the guy who got stopped a while ago. Want me to freeze you in the air next time, I'ma leave you up there alone." She tried to joke but flinched when he saw how his eyes narrowed a little making him look fiercer than usual.
"Ha! Says the extra who was just bleeding a while ago, want me to wipe it off for you?" He uttered as he watched her confident smile wiped off her lips, cheeks flaming with embarrassment.
She shut her mouth for a moment unable to come up with a retort which only made his smirk to widen, but Yuki took a step closer to him, closer enough to invade his personal space.
"Yeah, wipe it off me Katsuki." She tried teasing him only to be caught off by his reddened ears. " Oh, do you really want to? Here, you can use your hankie." She said, holding her laughter as she extended her hand out to him.
Bakugou slapped her hand away and opted to change the subject before he become more flustered. "Shut up, let's continue."
"Heh...? Again?!" She asked complaining about his words.
"Yeah again, you're bleeding already stopped. Be ready, because you'll lose this time around."
After the first fight, Yuki didn't experience being a winner again after that because he really didn't spare her another chance as he utilized for his advantage the weakness of her quirk which centered around her inexperience and overusage, and unlike their previous fight, he didn't try his luck to close their distance. So when their training for the day comes to an end, Bakugou exited the USJ with a twelve year old kid on his toe.
Yeah, and as usual, he still couldn't help himself but laugh at her.
