It was nearly nine in the morning when Taehyung woke up with the help of the sunlight peeking through the gaps of the curtains. He felt fresh. There was a soft smile on his lips when he opened his eyes and yawned.

He was about to stretch his arms when he realised that his one arm was hurting. Then he remembered the incident which took place when him and Jungkook were coming back from the date.

He was not quite sure if the person who was behind everything was JK or not and what about the person who shot him? Was that JK? He did not know that as well. That was actually really normal for them to not know how JK looks, he tends to hide his face when his meeting comes to someone other than his colleagues.

Calling them colleagues was not a good idea, he would rather call them dealers. They deal everything.. drugs, weapons and even worse humans, they don't even show mercy of little childs. He was sure that JK participates in the events too. After all he is the biggest mob boss out there.

About getting attacked yesterday night, he would not be surprised if he gets to know JK knows about his and Jungkook's relationship together. That man is powerful and has lots of ways to dig in anyone's life.

Suddenly something clicked in his mind. He was doubting Jungkook yesterday was not he?.. but was JK playing a dirty game trying to make him doubt Jungkook for his own beings? That was not impossible. Jungkook is one of JK's prey and there was no way he could let that man slip out of his grip without making him suffer.

Was that the reason of Jungkook getting stressed now a days and even saying some dipressing words. He thought Jungkook was trying to suppress his emotions and not let Taehyung take stress but wait Jungkook knew that very clearly that Taehyung was actually investigating the case of the person. Even whole korea knew that there's a investigation going on to find JK. Jungkook himself supposed to help him and his team why would he supress his problems?

Things were not fitting well. Taehyung did not like that at all.

He sighed and decided to go downstairs to see Jungkook. He needed some help with freshing himself. Maybe he did not really needed that, he took care of himself before even after Jimin always insisted to stay with him and help him Taehyung never let him work too much and took his help sometimes because eventhough Jimin is tiny compared to him, his glare is enough for you to sit down and listen what he says.

Right now knowing he will be okay to do his work alone, who does not like to get pampered by their lover and that was what the brunette wanted as well.

Thinking about Jungkook he looked around but there was no one. Jungkook was not even sleeping beside him.

Slowly he made his way towards the living room. His arm was paining but atleast it was slightly better than yesterday night.

When he reached at the living he saw no-one. "Kook?" He called hoping the younger would answer but no there was nothing. It was a complete silence other than the voice of two or three birds chirping outside of his house.

"Baby?" He called again but the result was the same. So he decided to walk to the kitchen. It was empty as well. He saw it was only seven thirty in the morning. Where did the man go so early?

"Where di-" his words died down on the tip of his tongue as he noticed a piece of paper attached to the metallic surface of the fridge with a magnet.

With a confused face he took the paper and read whatever was written there.

I'm sorry baby I had to leave. Something important came up and I could not stay there. I did not want to wake you up to tell you about that but I might not be able to see you for a week or two. I'm going overseas for a business meeting. And yeah I don't think I'll be able to accompany you in my resort. Can you please do that with the help of the staffs there?
