A woman was cooking something in the kitchen with a worried look on her face. She was feeling so bad knowing how her son was hurting all these days. She never heard his laughter, giggles she wished to hear when she would meet her boy after months.

Her hands were busy while her mind was thinking about how difficult the situation is right now. Taehyung, never told her about his boyfriend. She just guessed some things when she would video call her son and would see some marks peaking under the hoodie he would wear, maybe to cover up his works. She never thought they were present as a result of a one night stand or anything because one thing she knew, her son was never interested in those things.

Heck he was never even interested in having a boyfriend or a girlfriend. But when she suspected something, she never asked a single word about it, thinking Taehyung will definitely tell her when the right time would come. Till then, she had to wait to tease her son but guess what.. faith had some other plans.

She never thought her son would call her one night and would ask or should she say practically beg her to come to him and stay with him. Her heart shuddered hearing how broken Taehyung sounded. She knew something definitely wrong happened to her son otherwise the man never gets vulnerable so easily, because as she remembered, the same Taehyung she talked few days ago was so cheerful and so giggly with her.

The moment Taehyung's eyes met with her mother he wanted nothing but hide himself in her embrace, away from the world of lies. She did the exact same thing to him, Seeing how her son was looking exhausted and tired.

She sighed out sadly and took him in her arms, caressing his back soothingly, massaging his scalp till his sobs died down.

Who can ignore their mother's warm hug. That exactly what happened to him. He needed her at that moment. He wanted to tell her everything. Not knowing how she would take the situation is, he decided to share his pain.

To his luck his mother kissed his head repeatedly as he spoke how much that hurts to know he still is in love with the same person who was the reason of his misery. She would release deep breaths, and gave her son time to complete his words.

"Where did I go wrong mom.. am I so easy to be played?" The words broke her heart and she still feels bad whenever she thinks about those words. She herself was so confused. Eventhough Taehyung was rambling about him failing, he still never left a chance to explain how his and Jungkook's time together and relationship was.

It was so confusing, she as a mother atleast understood, the way Taehyung described the mafia boss, there were no trace of him playing with Taehyung. But still, she never met him nor heard anything good about that man.

She could only comfort her son with sweet whispers. It was aching to see her flesh of blood being so vulnerable in her arms, crying his heart out for the boy he loved. She herself know the pain really well.. afterall her husband left her for someone too.

As a mother, Kim Hiah never wanted to see her son's this situation. Her own eyes would tear up at the sight of the brunette.

When Taehyung finally calmed down that day she made his favorites dish for dinner. That was the least she could do to comfort him at that time.

One thing was not settling to her well, that if Jungkook wanted to play with her son, or maybe win the whole thing why would he come and surrender to the same person. Why after Taehyung told him to leave, and live like the way he wants. Why would he even call police at Taehyung's home just to surrender himself to them. The fact was so disturbing and that what confused her more than anything.
